They contain important information concerning safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and instructions for use. Only use the product as described and for the specified applications. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
This product is solely designed to remove human nose and ear hairs. This product is solely intended for private use. It has not been approved for commercial purposes.

KEEP ALL THE SAFETY ADVICE AND INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!
■ CAUTION! This product is not a toy for children! Children are not
aware of the dangers associated with handling electrical products.
This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Do not use the product if you notice any signs of damage, otherwise you may get hurt.
- Do not expose the product to high temperatures or moisture, otherwise the product may be damaged.
■ Prevent strong impact or stress on the product to avoid damages!
In the event of damage, repairs or other problems with the product, please contact an electrician.


Keep the
product dry. Never immerse this product into water.

rotating blade! Do not touch the rotating blade, otherwise you may get hurt.

Safetyadvice concerning batteries

WARNING!
DANGER TO
LIFE! Batteries are not intended to be in the hands of children. Do not leave batteries lying around. They could be swallowed by children or pets. In the event of swallowing a battery, contact a doctor immediately.

FIRE HAZ-
ARD! Do not allow the battery to short-circuit. Overheating, fire or bursting of the batteries might result.

WARNING!
Never throw
batteries into fire or water. Never attempt to recharge single-use
batteries! The batteries might explode.
Spent or damaged batteries may irritate the skin on contact; so always wear suitable protective gloves in these circumstances.
■ Remove used batteries from the product. Very old or used batteries may leak. The chemical fluid can damage the product.
■ Remove the battery from the product if it will not be used for a prolonged period.
- Check the battery regularly for leaks.
● Preparing the product for use
- Inserting / replacing the battery (Fig. B)
☐ Remove the protective cap 1 by pulling it away from the battery compartment cap 8.
☐ Pull the battery compartment cap 8 away and let the trimmer body 7 come out (see Fig. B).
☐ Insert / Replace the battery with the correct polarity which is indicated inside the battery compartment on the trimmer body 7.
☐ Close the battery compartment by inserting the trimmer body 7 back to the battery compartment cap 8.

☐ Remove the protective cap 1 by pulling it away from the battery compartment cap 8.
Turn the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment anticlockwise to release and remove.
Turn the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment 3 clockwise to fasten.

Note: Do not use the product if the blade 4 is deformed or damaged. Injuries may otherwise occur!
☐ Attach the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment
3 as described in the section "Attaching / removing the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment".
Before using, make sure the nose and ear hair
trimmer attachment 3 is properly attached and fastened.
☐ Switch the product on by pushing the On / Off
switch 6 towards the marking "I".
□ CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY!

- Cleaning, care and storage
Note: Always switch off the product before cleaning it.
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. These might damage the surface of the product.
Take the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment 3 off as shown in Fig. D and clean it carefully under running water. Then fully dry the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment 3 before re-installation.
Attention: The product is only protected against splash water. Never immerse it in water. Otherwise, irreparable damage may result.
If there are still hairs inside the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment 3, clean it with the a soft brush.
Occasionally place one or two drops of oil onto the blade 4 and distribute the oil evenly (see Fig. C).
☐ Only use an acid-free oil suitable for electric razor products.
☐ To store the product, always put on the protective cap 1.
□ Keep the product in a cool, dry location.

●Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities. The Green Dot is not valid for Germany.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and fibre-board / 80–98: composite materials.

The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries must be recycled in accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments. Return the batteries and / or the product through the appropriate collection facilities.

Environmental damage through incorrect disposal of the batteries!
Batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals
and are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose of used batteries at a local collection point.
