Frequently Asked Questions - SPPD 20000 A1 SILVERCREST

How do I check the battery level of the power bank?
Briefly press the ON/OFF button (5). The LED indicator (9) will show the approximate charge level for about 30 seconds: 1 LED flashing = 0-25%, 1 solid + 1 flashing = 25-50%, 2 solid + 1 flashing = 50-75%, 3 solid + 1 flashing = 75-100%, 4 solid = 100%.
Can I charge the power bank and a device at the same time?
No, it is not recommended. The manual states: Do not connect any device to be charged to the power bank as long as the power bank is charging. Always disconnect devices while recharging the power bank.
How many devices can I charge simultaneously?
You can charge up to three devices at the same time using the two USB-A ports and the USB-C port. However, the total output current must not exceed 3 A across all ports. If all ports are used, fast charging is disabled and all outputs are limited to 5 V.
What is the maximum output current and power?
The maximum output power is 18 W on a single port (using QC3.0 or PD3.0). The maximum total output current across all ports is 3 A. The minimum output current is approximately 60 mA.
Does this power bank support fast charging?
Yes, it supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 on USB-A output 1 (orange port) and USB Power Delivery 3.0 on the USB-C port. Fast charging is only available when a single device is connected to the corresponding port; using multiple ports disables fast charge.
What should I do if a connected device is not charging?
First, ensure the power bank has sufficient charge. Check that the USB cable is properly connected. Briefly press the ON/OFF button (5) to start charging. If the device's current consumption is below 60 mA, the power bank may not detect it. Also, if the total current exceeds 3 A, the overcurrent protection may activate; reduce the number of devices and press the button again.
How should I store the power bank when not in use?
Store the power bank in a dry, dust-free location away from direct sunlight. If storing for a long period, fully charge the internal battery first and recharge it periodically to preserve battery life. Do not expose to temperatures above 45 °C or below 0 °C.
Can I charge a laptop with this power bank?
It depends on the laptop. The power bank can output up to 12 V / 1.5 A (18 W) via the USB-C port with PD3.0. This may be sufficient for some small laptops or tablets, but many laptops require higher power (e.g., 30-60 W). Check your laptop's charging requirements. Also, the power bank is not intended for charging PCs or notebooks directly; the manual advises against charging from a PC.
How long does it take to fully charge the power bank?
The manual does not specify exact charging time. Using a 5 V / 3 A input via USB-C, a rough estimate is approximately 5-6 hours for the 20,000 mAh battery. Using a standard 5 V / 2 A input will take longer. Always use a power supply with at least 3 A output for faster charging.
What is the warranty period and how do I claim?
The warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase. To claim, keep the original receipt and contact the service department (UK: 0800 404 7657, email owim@lidl.co.uk; Malta: 80062230, email owim@lidl.com.mt). You may need to return the product with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
