How to empty the dust container?
Press the dust container release (6) and remove the container by the handle (5). Hold it over a trash can, then press the bottom release (23) to open the bottom and empty the dust. Close until it clicks and reinsert the container into the appliance.
How to clean the HEPA filter?
Remove the dust container, then open the cover lock (3). Take out the two cartridges (grey and blue) and separate them by turning counterclockwise. Clean the filter holder and the foam insert (24) under running water. Let dry completely before reassembling.
Why is the suction weak?
Check that the dust container is not full, empty it if necessary. Inspect the nozzles, telescopic tube, hose and dust container for any blockage. Also clean the motor filter and the HEPA filter.
The motor is overheating, what to do?
A clogged filter is often the cause. Wash the motor filter and the HEPA filter (see the maintenance section). If the problem persists, contact customer service.
How to adjust the suction power?
Use the secondary air adjustment button (22) located on the hose. Opening the flap reduces suction power; closing it increases it.
