Why is there no sound from the speakers?
First check if the device is powered on and not muted. Ensure the volume is turned up. Verify the correct mode is selected (e.g., FM, CD, Bluetooth). For external sources like AUX, check the cable connection and the volume on the source device. If using headphones, unplug them as they disable the speakers.
How do I pair my phone via Bluetooth?
Press MODE repeatedly until BT appears on the display. On your phone, search for available devices and select 'Sencor DAB radio' to pair. No PIN code is required. The device supports automatic reconnection on subsequent uses.
Can I play music from a USB flash drive?
Yes, insert a USB flash drive (FAT32, max 128 GB) into the USB port. Press MODE repeatedly until USB is selected. The device will read MP3 files automatically. Use the playback control buttons to navigate and play tracks.

The CD skips or won't play. What can I do?
Clean the disc with a soft cloth (wipe from center outward). Ensure the disc is not scratched or damaged. Use only 12 cm round discs (CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3-CD, WMA-CD). If the problem persists, try reducing the volume and bass settings, as high levels can cause skipping.
How do I improve FM/DAB radio reception?
Fully extend the telescopic antenna. Rotate the antenna or move the device to a different location, away from obstructions and other electronic devices (e.g., computers, microwaves). In challenging conditions, try turning the device slightly or adjusting the antenna orientation.
