Press SET to turn on the scale. When "0.0 kg" appears, press ▲ or ▼ to select a personal code from P0 to P9. Press SET to confirm. Then select gender (Male or Female), enter age (10-80), and height (100-240 cm) using ▲ and ▼, confirming each with SET. The data is stored automatically.

Why does the scale show "ERR2" or "FATH"/"FATL"?

ERR2 indicates a measurement error, often from improper foot contact or movement. FATH appears if body fat percentage exceeds 50%, and FATL if it is below 5%. These are normal extremes; re-measure with clean, bare feet and stand still.

Can I use this scale if I have a pacemaker?

No. The scale uses a weak electrical current for body composition analysis. People with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices should not use the body fat measurement function. Weight-only mode is safe but not recommended without consulting a doctor.

How do I replace the battery?

Open the battery cover on the bottom of the scale. Carefully lever out the old battery. Insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring the + side faces up. Press gently until the clip snaps. Close the cover securely.

How accurate is the body fat measurement?

The body fat percentage is calculated based on Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). Accuracy depends on factors like hydration, exercise, and skin contact. It is intended for reference only and not for medical diagnosis. For most users, results are consistent over time.

Why does the scale show "8888" when turned on?

The "8888" display is a self-test sequence that occurs when the scale is powered on. It checks the display segments and then returns to 0.0 kg, indicating the scale is ready for use.

How do I switch between kg and lb?

Press SET to turn on the scale. After the self-test, when "0.0 kg" appears, press ▲ or ▼ to toggle between kg and lb. The setting is saved automatically.

How should I clean and maintain the scale?

Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water. Store in a dark, dry place and avoid placing heavy objects on top during storage.

What does the "Lo" indication mean?

Lo indicates low battery power. Replace the CR2032 battery as soon as possible to ensure accurate measurements. The scale may still function temporarily but results may become unreliable.

This product is specially designed to test body fat/ hydration, help keep a close eye on the daily change of your body fat, hydration and weight, providing information for your reference. Base on the analysis of your height, weight and age etc., it tells your body fat status and gives you an idea of your body condition. Please read this instruction carefully before use.

During Measuring

1. Always remove your shoes and socks, wipe clean your feet before using.
2. It is advisable to take measurement at the same time of the day.
3. Measured result could be misleading after intensive exercise, excessive dieting or under extreme dehydration condition.
4. Always weigh/use the scale on a hard and flat surface. When you are measuring, please keep still.
5. The body fat/hydration measured data of the following people may have deviation:
6. Children under 10 or adult over 70 (can only use the device under normal weighing mode)
7. Body building athletes or other occupational athletes.
8. People with the following conditions should not use the device:

BATTERY

Used batteries should be discarded in special collection bins.

Please remove the isolation sheet from the battery contact before use.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:

1. Open the battery cover at the bottom of the device.
2. Carefully lever the battery and take it out.
3. Insert a new battery and press it gently until the retaining clip snaps in place.
   Please pay attention to the polarization.
4. Close the lid.

• The scale will be auto off if no further using.

Step on the scale gently and keep your bare feet in touch with the electrodes. Stand still and erect to get your weight measured and your body fat, hydration, muscle and bone percentage will be displayed respectively on the screen within seconds. These results will be repeated for two times and the scale will be auto off no further using.

The personal data will be stored once you set. Just confirm your code when you use scale again and your other information will be showed so there is no need to program them again.

The weighing subject on the platform exceeds the maximum

capability of scale. Please step off to avoid damage.

If body percentage is less than 5%, then screen will show "FATL". If more than 50% it will display "FATH" and "ERR2" indicates that the measuring makes an error.
