Frequently Asked Questions - ET 3333 ECG

How do I use the oven for the first time?
Before first use, wash all accessories with warm soapy water. Run the oven empty at 230°C for about 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Also, place a pot of water on each hot plate and run on medium for 30 minutes to eliminate odors.
Can I use the oven and hot plates at the same time?
Yes, the oven and hot plates can be used simultaneously. However, ensure the total power does not exceed the outlet capacity (3300 W).
What cookware can I use on the hot plates?
Use flat-bottomed cookware with a diameter not smaller than the hot plate. Avoid aluminum or copper containers. Do not turn on hot plates empty, as it may cause deformation.
What should I do if smoke comes out of the oven?
If smoke or fire occurs, leave the door closed (unless fire is visible), turn off the oven, and unplug the power cord. Do not open the door until smoke clears. Clean the oven interior regularly to prevent grease buildup.
How do I clean the oven?
Always unplug and let the oven cool completely. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. Accessories can be washed in the dishwasher. Avoid getting water into air vents.
What is the maximum food weight for the oven?
The maximum amount of food placed on the pan or rack should not exceed approximately 3 kg.
Why does the oven produce an odor and smoke during first use?
This is normal. Protective compounds applied to heating elements during production burn off during the first 15 minutes of operation. Ensure good ventilation.
Can children use this appliance?
Children aged 8 and above can use the appliance under supervision. Children under 8 must be kept away. Cleaning should not be done by children unless supervised.
What should I do if the power cord is damaged?
Do not use the appliance. All repairs, including cord replacement, must be performed by a professional service center to avoid electric shock.
How do I dispose of the oven at the end of its life?
Do not dispose of as household waste. Take it to a designated recycling center for electrical and electronic equipment. Follow local regulations.
