OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Warning:
- We do not recommend the use of baking bags in the oven.
- Never use plastic utensils, cardboard, paper and similar materials in the oven!
- Be very cautious while removing pans, grills or any hot dishes from the oven. Always use oven mitts.

Cooking on hot plates
- Do not touch the hot plates after use! The hot plates are hot!
- Use flat bottom containers. The diameter of the bottom should not be less than the diameter of the hot plate.
- Do not turn on hot plates without cookware. This could lead to deformation.
- Place the cooking pot on the hot plate.
- Use the Large or small hob control to switch on and control the desired hob.
- When cooking is complete, turn the hob off using the control.
- Unplug the power cord from the outlet after you are finished cooking.
Yoghurt preparation function
- Turn the thermostat to 🎨 and the oven function switch to the lower heating element position (____). Let the oven preheat for at least 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring the milk to the boil and let it cool to 43-45 °C. Add the yeast at about 1-3 % and stir slowly until the milk is warm.
- Put the milk with the yeast in the preheated oven.
- After 5 hours, remove the yoghurt and leave at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. Then place the yogurt in the refrigerator for 1 day.
- After 1 day, the yoghurt is ready to eat.
Defrosting food
Remove the food to be defrosted from its packaging and place it on the grill grate. Place a square baking tray under the grill to allow the water to drip off, so the defrosted food doesn't get soggy. Never consume dripping liquid, it is potentially harmful to health (e.g. from raw meat).
The settings for the defrost function are shown in the cooking table below.
During defrosting, we recommend setting the function of both heating elements + fan ( ) As the defrosting process will vary depending on the food and its weight, be sure to check the food regularly during the defrosting process.
FOOD PREPARATION TABLE
Cooking times may vary depending on the mains voltage, quality of the cooked ingredients, quantity and temperature. It is possible that the food you cook according to these values will not suit your taste. Through repeated testing and experimentation, you will achieve a process that works for you.

HOW TO REDUCE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
Please read the recommendations below to ensure that you use the appliance you have purchased in an energy efficient manner.
- Opening the oven door frequently during baking causes cold air to enter the oven, causing energy loss. Therefore, only open the door when absolutely necessary.
- Try not to prepare more than one meal in the oven. Take care to ensure the appropriate temperature and cooking time.
-
Do not preheat the oven unless necessary. If preheating is necessary, do not extend the duration of preheating beyond what is necessary.
-
Thaw frozen foods before preparing them in the oven.
- Do not keep flammable materials around the oven.
- If you turn off the electric oven without opening the oven door, the food will continue to cook at the current temperature for a few minutes, which can save energy.
