SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read these instructions carefully. Keep these instructions for future reference.
Use the unit only for intended purposes, as it is stated in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit for the first time, make sure that electricity supply corresponds to the voltage of current specified on the unit housing.
- The blender set allows quick and effective operation, but continuous operation time should not exceed 1 minute while using blender or mash making attachment and 20-30 seconds while chopping products in mini-chopper. Make at least a two-minute interval between operation cycles.
• Do not run the unit unloaded. - Before using the blender or mash making attachment, cool down hot products.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Use only the attachments supplied with the unit.
- Before using the unit for the first time wash all the removable details that will contact with food thoroughly.
- Before using the unit, make sure that all the parts are set properly.

Place the chopper bowl on a flat, stable surface.
-
Food products should be put into the chopper bowl before switching the unit on.
- Do not overfill the chopper bowl with products and watch the level of liquids.
- The chopping knife blades are very sharp and dangerous. Handle them very carefully!
- If rotation of the chopping knife appears hindered, unplug the unit and carefully remove food, that prevents blade rotation.
- Remove food and pour out liquids from the chopper bowl only after complete stop of knife rotation.
- Do not touch the rotating parts of the unit. Do not allow hair or clothes edges get into rotating zone of blender or mash making attachment.
• Never leave the operating unit unattended.
• Always unplug the unit before cleaning or if you do not use it. - Do not use the unit near hot surfaces (gas or electric stove, oven).
- Provide that the power cord does not touch sharp edges of furniture and hot surfaces.
- Do not pull the power cord and do not twist it.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged.
- Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. If there are any damages in the unit, apply to the authorized service center.
- In order to avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not immerse the unit, the power cord and the power plug of the unit into water or other liquids. If the unit was dropped into water:
- do not touch water;
- unplug the unit immediately, only then you can take the unit out of water;
- apply to the authorized service center for testing and repairing the unit.
- For children safety do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
- Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.
- Close supervision is necessary when children or disabled persons are near the operating unit.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary instructions by a person who is responsible for their safety on safety measures and information about danger that can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or film. Danger of suffocation!

- In case of unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Before using the unit, wash the chopping knife (8), the chopper bowl (9), the whisk (11) and the measuring cup (12) with warm water and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry them.
- Do not immerse blender attachment (1) and mash making attachment (14) into water entirely, wash them under water jet, provided that no water gets inside the attachment.
- Wipe the motor unit (2), geared lid (7), whisk gear (10) and mash making attachment gear (13) with a soft slightly damp cloth.
Attention!
- Do not immerse the motor unit (2), geared lid (7), whisk gear (10), mash making attachment gear (13), power cord and power plug into water or any other liquids.
- Do not put the attachments and bowl in a dish washing machine.
Selection of attachment rotation speed
- Change the attachment rotation speed using the speed control (5). Press and hold "I" button (4), select the the required rotation speed by turning the speed control (5).
- For operation at the maximal rotation speed, press and hold the (3) "II" button.
Continuous operation time
Continuous operation time of attachments (1, 11, 14) should not exceed 1 minute. Continuous operation time of mini-chopper (9) should not exceed 20-30 seconds. Make at least a two-minute interval between operation cycles.
USING THE BLENDER ATTACHMENT (pic. 1). WARNING:
- Before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
- To install the blender attachment (1) press the attachment lock buttons (6) simultaneously and insert the blender attachment (1) into the motor unit (2) then release the lock
buttons (6) and make sure that the attachment is firmly locked.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the bowl with products, that you want to chop/mix; you can use the measuring cup (12) for it.
- Select the required attachment rotation speed by pressing and holding button «I» (4) or «II» (3).
Note:
- Food products should be put into the bowl before switching the unit on.
- Before starting to chop/mix, we recommend to peel fruit, remove inedible parts, such as kernels, and cut fruit into 2x2 cm cubes.
- After you finish using the unit, take the plug out of the socket and remove the attachment (1) by pressing the buttons (6) simultaneously.
Attention!
- Do not remove the blender attachment (1) during blender operation.
- To avoid damage of blades, do not process too hard products such as cereals, rice, spices, coffee beans, ice, cheese, frozen food.
- If the products are difficult to process add some water.
USING THE WHISK (pic. 2).
Use the whisk attachment (11) only to make cream, biscuit dough or mixing ready desserts.
WARNING:
- Before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
- Insert the whisk (11) into the gear (10).
- Press the attachment lock buttons (6) simultaneously and insert the whisk gear (10) into the motor unit (2), release the lock buttons (6), make sure that the gear is firmly locked.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Put the whisk (11) into the bowl with products.
- Select the required whisk rotation speed by pressing and holding button «I» (4) or «II» (3).
- After you finish using the unit, take the plug out of the socket, disconnect the whisk (11) from the gear (10) and remove the gear (10) from the motor unit (2) by pressing buttons (6) simultaneously.
Attention!
- Do not use the whisk (11) to make tight dough.

USING THE MINI-CHOPPER(pic. 3).
The mini-chopper is used to chop meat, onion, herbs, garlic, vegetables and fruit.
Attention!
- Do not chop very hard products, such as nut-megs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
- Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
- Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrot etc. in approximately equal slices.
- Remove stems when chopping greens.
To achieve the best results refer to the table below.

Chopping
Caution: the knife is very sharp! Always hold the knife by the upper plastic end.
- Remove the plastic protective device from the blades (8), set the knife (8) on the axis of chopper bowl (9, slightly press the knife and turn it approximately towards 90 to lock it on the axis.
- Put the products into the chopper bowl (9).
- Place the geared lid (7) on the bowl (9) rotating it clockwise until bumping.
- Press the attachment lock buttons (6) simultaneously and insert the motor unit (2) into the geared lid (7), release the buttons (6) and make sure that the motor unit (2) is firmly locked.
- Select the required chopping knife rotation speed by pressing and holding button «|» (4) or «||» (3).

During operation hold the motor unit (2) with one hand and the chopper bowl (9) with another hand.

After usage disconnect the motor unit (2) by pressing buttons (6) simultaneously.
- Turn the geared lid (7) counterclockwise and remove it.
- Carefully remove the knife (8), if you cannot remove the knife turn it approximately towards 90° to release from the lock.
- Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl (9).
Attention! Strictly follow the described sequence of operations.
MASH MAKING
Attention!
- Use the attachment (14) to mash boiled potatoes, carrot or other vegetables.
- It is recommended to use mealy sorts of potato for making mash.
- Do not immerse mash making attachment into the boiling liquids, e.g. while cooking soup.
- Press the attachment lock buttons (6) on the motor unit (2) simultaneously and install the gear (13), release the buttons (6) and make sure that the gear (13) is firmly locked.
- Place the mash making attachment (14) on the motor unit (13) turn the attachment(14) clockwise until bumping.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Peel potatoes and cut it into 2x2 cm cubes.
- Boil potatoes until they are ready and pour out water.
- Immerse the mash making attachment (14) into warm boiled potatoes.
- Press and hold the maximal rotation speed (3) "II" button.
- Move mash making attachment (14) upwards and downwards, gradually adding milk and butter; add salt to your taste. Maximal continuous operation time with the attachment (14) should not exceed 1 minute.
- After you finish using the unit, take the plug out of the socket.
- Remove the attachment (14) turning it counterclockwise then remove the gear (13), pressing the buttons (6) simultaneously.
CLEANING
ATTENTION! The blades of the chopping knife (8) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the knife (8) very carefully!

- Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Remove the attachments.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2) and the gears (7, 10, 13).
- Do not immerse blender attachment (1) and mash making attachment (14) into water entirely, wash them under water jet, provided that no water gets inside the attachment.
- After processing of salty and sour products it is necessary to rinse the knife (8), blender attachment (1) and mash making attachment paddle (15) with water.
- While processing food products with strong dyeing properties (for instance carrot or beet-root) the bowls or attachments can get colored, wipe the attachments or bowls with a cloth, dampened in vegetable oil.
- Wash the attachments (8, 11), the chopper bowl (9) and bowl (12) in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them.
- The mash making attachment (14) is provided with removable paddles (15) for easy cleaning. Hold the attachment (14) pointing paddles towards yourself, unscrew the clamp (16) carefully turning it clockwise (left thread) and remove paddles (15), wash them, wash the attachment (14) provided that no detergent solution gets inside the attachment. Dry and assemble the attachment (14), install the paddles (15) and lock them with the clamp (16), turning it counterclockwise (left thread).
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND THE GEARS (7, 10, 13) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN A DISH WASHING MACHINE.
Cooking examples Mayonnaise
Use the blender attachment (1) to make mayonnaise
200-250 ml vegetable oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 tbs. of lemon juice or vinegar
Salt and pepper to your taste
Put all the ingredients into the measuring cup (12) according to the order mentioned above. Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the cup (till the bottom). Switch on the blender at the maximal rotation speed by pressing and holding the (3) «II» button, and wait till vegetable oil becomes an emulsion.
Then, without switching off the unit, slowly move the blender attachment (1) upwards and downwards, until you get mayonnaise of the desired consistency.
STORAGE
- Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it away for storage.
- Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
- Keep the blender set away from children in a dry cool place.
