SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual.
- Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property. Before connecting the unit to the mains, make sure that the voltage specified on the unit corresponds to your home mains voltage.
- The blender set allows quick and effective operation, but continuous operation time should not exceed 1 minute while using the blender attachment and the whisk and 15-20 seconds while using the chopper and the mash making attachment. Make at least a 3-minute break between operation cycles.
- When using the blender attachment and the mash making attachment, cool down hot products, maximal temperature of products should not exceed +70°C.
- When using the mini-chopper, the temperature of products should not exceed +40°C.
- It is not allowed to switch the unit on without attachments and products for processing.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Do not place the chopper bowl into a microwave oven.
- Use only the attachments supplied.
• Always unplug the unit before changing the attachments. -
Before using the unit for the first time, thoroughly wash all the removable attachments and containers that will contact food.

Before using the unit, make sure that the attachments are set properly.
- Place the chopper bowl on a flat stable surface.
- Products should be put into the chopper bowl before the unit is switched on.
- Do not overfill the chopper bowl with products and watch the level of liquids.
- The cutting edges of the chopper's chopping knife and of the blender attachment are very sharp and dangerous. Handle these attachments very carefully!
- If rotation of the chopping knife is hindered during the operation of the chopper, unplug the unit and carefully remove products that prevent blade rotation.
- Remove products and pour out liquids from the chopper bowl only after complete stop of the chopping knife.
- Do not touch rotating parts of the unit.
- Do not let hair or free hanging clothes get into the rotation area of the blender attachment knife or whisk.
- Never leave the unit connected to the mains unattended.
• Always unplug the unit before cleaning or if you are not using it. - Unplug the unit by taking the power plug directly. Do not pull the power cord and do not twist it.
- Do not put the motor unit, gears, attachments and bowls in a dishwashing machine.
- Do not use the unit near hot surfaces (gas or electric stove, cooking panel, oven).
- Provide that the power cord does not touch sharp edges of furniture and hot surfaces.
- Do not touch the motor unit body, the power cord or the power plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit if the power cord or the power plug is damaged.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
- Do not allow children under 8 years of age to touch the body of the motor unit, the power cord or the power plug during operation of the unit.
- Do not allow children under 8 years of age to use the unit as a toy.
- Close supervision is necessary when children under 8 years of age or disabled persons are near the operating unit.

ence or knowledge. Such persons can use this unit only if they are under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety and if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- To avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not immerse the unit, the power cord and the power plug of the unit into water or any other liquids. If the unit is dropped into water:
- do not touch the water;
- unplug the unit immediately, only after that you may take the unit out of water;
- apply to an authorized service center for testing or repairing the unit.
- Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. If the unit malfunctions, apply to an authorized service center.
- To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
- Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
After unit transportation or storage under winter (cold) conditions, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Wash the attachments that will contact products with warm water and a neutral detergent and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Clean the motor unit (3), the geared lid (13), the whisk gear (8) and the mash making attachment (9) with a soft slightly damp cloth and then wipe them dry.
Attention!
- The cutting edges of the chopper's knife (12) and of the blender attachment (1) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle these attachments very carefully!
- Do not immerse the motor unit (3), the whisk gear (8), the mash making attachment (9), the geared lid (13), the power cord and the power plug into water or any other liquids.
- Do not put the attachments and bowls in a dishwashing machine.
Continuous operation time
- Continuous operation time while working with the blender attachment and the whisk should
not exceed 1 minute, continuous operation time with the chopper and the mash making attachment should not exceed 15-20 seconds.
- Make at least a 3-minute break between operation cycles.
USING THE BLENDER ATTACHMENT
WARNING: Before assembling and installing attachments, make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
- Attach the blender attachment (1) to the motor unit (3), a click of the locks (2) shows that the attachment is set properly.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the bowl with products that you want to chop/mix; you can use the measuring cup (10) for it.
- To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (5). Set the required rotation speed of the blender attachment (1) using the control knob (6). Use this operation mode for mixing liquid products.
- If you press and hold the turbo mode button (4), the unit will operate at maximum rotation speed. Use this operation mode for combined processing of liquid and hard products.
Notes
– Products should be put into the bowl before the unit is switched on.
- The amount of processed products should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the bowl in which they are processed.
- Before starting to chop/mix, we recommend to peel fruit, remove inedible parts, such as stones, and cut fruit into cubes approximately 2x2 cm in size.
• After you finish using the unit, take the power plug out of the mains socket and remove the blender attachment (1), pressing the locks (2).
Attention!
- Do not remove the blender attachment (1) during operation.
- To avoid damaging the blades, do not process too hard products such as cereals, rice, spices, coffee beans, hard cheeses and frozen products.
- When you use the blender attachment and the products are hard to chop, add some water, liquor or juice, if it is possible.
USING THE WHISK
Use the whisk attachment (7) only to beat cream, make biscuit dough or for mixing ready desserts.

- Insert the whisk (7) into the gear (8).
- Attach the whisk gear (8) to the motor unit (3), a click of the locks (2) shows that the gear (8) is set properly.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Immerse the whisk (7) into the bowl with products.
- To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (5). Set the required rotation speed of the whisk attachment (7) using the control knob (6). Use this operation mode for mixing liquid products.
- If you press and hold the turbo mode button (4), the unit will operate at maximum rotation speed.
- After you finish using the unit, take the power plug out of the mains socket, disconnect the whisk (7) from the whisk gear (8) and disconnect the gear (8) from the motor unit (3) by pressing the locks (2).
Attention!
- Do not use the whisk (7) to knead tight dough.
- Put products into the bowl before switching the unit on.
USING THE MASH MAKING ATTACHMENT Attention!
- Use this attachment (9) to make the mash from boiled potatoes, carrots or other vegetables.
- To make mash, it is recommended to use mealy sorts of potato.
- Do not immerse the mash making attachment into boiling liquids, for example, when cooking soup.
- Do not use the attachment (9) for processing hard products and products that haven't passed temperature processing, because it can damage the attachment (9).
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
- Attach the attachment (9) to the motor unit (3), a click of the locks (2) shows that the attachment (9) is set properly.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Immerse the attachment (9) into the bowl with products.
- Set the required operation speed using the control knob (6).

To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (5).

When the button (4) is pressed, the unit operates at maximal rotation speed.
- After you finish using the unit, take the power plug out of the mains socket and remove the attachment (9) from the motor unit (3), pressing the locks (2).
USING THE MINI-CHOPPER
The chopper is used to chop meat, cheese, onion, herbs, walnuts, almonds, vegetables and fruit.
Attention!
Do not chop very hard products, such as nutmegs, coffee beans, cereals and ice.
Before you start chopping:
- cut meat, cheese, onions, vegetables and fruit into cubes approximately 2x2 cm in size;
- remove stems of herbs, shell nuts;
- remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
Chopping
Caution: The blades of the chopping knife are very sharp! Always hold the chopping knife by the plastic end.
- Place the chopper bowl (11) on a flat stable surface.
- Set the knife (12) on the axis of the chopper bowl (11).
- Put the food into the chopper bowl (11).
Note: Do not switch the unit on when the chopper bowl (11) is empty.
- Place the geared lid (13) on the chopper bowl (11), having matched the ledges on the bowl with the grooves on the geared lid (13), and turn the lid (13) clockwise until bumping.
- Place the motor unit (3) on the geared lid (13), a click of the locks (2) shows that the motor unit (3) is set properly.
- To connect the unit to the mains, insert the power cord plug into the mains socket.
- To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (5). Set the required rotation speed of the chopping knife (12) using the control knob (6).
- When the button (4) is pressed, the knife rotates at maximal rotation speed.
- During operation hold the motor unit (3) with one hand and the chopper bowl (11) with the other hand.
• After the unit operation, wait till the knife (12) fully stops. Unplug the unit.
• After using the chopper, disconnect the motor unit (3) from the geared lid (13) by pressing the locks (2). - Remove the geared lid (13) rotating it counterclockwise.

- Carefully remove the knife (12), taking it by the plastic end.
• Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl (11).
Attention!
Strictly follow the described sequence of operations.

CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (12) and the blender attachment (1) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the chopping knife (12) and the blender attachment (1) very carefully!
- Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Remove the attachments.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (3), the gears (8, 13) and the mash making attachment (9) and then wipe them dry.
- After processing of salty or sour products, it is necessary to rinse the chopper knife (12) and the blender attachment (1) with water right after the use.
- While processing products with strong dyeing properties (for instance, carrot or beetroot), the attachments or bowls can get colored, wipe the attachments or bowls with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil, then wash them with neutral detergent and rinse.
- For easy cleaning of the mash making attachment (9) it is provided with removable paddles. Place the attachment (9) with paddles towards you, unscrew the lock, turning it clockwise (left thread) and remove the paddles, wash them, wash the attachment (9), do not let the detergent solution get inside the attachment. Dry and assemble the attachment (9), install the paddles
and fix them with the lock, turning it counterclockwise (left thread).
- Wash the attachments (1, 7), the chopping knife (12), the measuring cup (10) and the chopper bowl (11) in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (3), THE MASH MAKING ATTACHMENT (9) AND THE GEARS (8, 13) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, AND DO NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN A DISHWASHING MACHINE.
STORAGE
- Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it away for long storage.
- Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
- Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
