SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read these instructions carefully. Keep these instructions for future reference.
- Before using the appliance for the first time make sure that electricity supply corresponds to the voltage of current specified on the housing.
- The blender set allows quick and effective operation, but time of continuous operation should not be more than 1 minute while operation with the blender-attachment and the whisk and not more than 20-30 seconds while chopping products in the mini-chopper. Make at least a two-minute interval between operation cycles.
- When using the blender attachment, cool down hot products, maximal temperature of products should not exceed 80^ C.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Use only the attachments supplied with the unit.
- Use the unit only for the intended purposes as described in the manual.
- Before using the unit for the first time, wash all the removable details, which will contact products, thoroughly.
- Before using the unit, make sure that all the details are set properly.
• Use the unit on the flat stable surface. -
Products should be put into the chopper bowl before switching on the unit.

Do not overfill the chopper bowl with products and watch the level of liquids.
- The blades of the chopping knife are very sharp and dangerous. Handle them very carefully!
- In case of difficulty in rotating of the chopping knife, unplug the unit and carefully remove products, which prevent the blades from rotation.
- Remove products and pour out liquids from the chopper bowl only after complete stop of the knife.
- Do not touch the rotating parts of the unit. Do not allow hair or clothes edges get into the blades rotating zone.
- Never leave the operating unit unattended.
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning or if you do not use it.
- Do not use the unit near hot surfaces (gas or electric stove, oven).
- Provide that the power cord does not touch sharp objects and hot surfaces.
- Do not pull the power cord and do not twist it.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged.
- Do not try to repair the unit yourself. If there are any damages in the unit, apply to the authorized service center.
- In order to avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not immerse the unit into water or other liquids. If the unit fell into water:
- do not touch water;
- unplug the unit immediately, only after it you can take the unit out of water;
- apply to the authorized service center for testing and repair of the unit.
- Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.
- Close supervision is necessary when children or disabled persons are near the operating unit.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary instructions on safety measures and information about danger, which can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
- The blender set is intended for household usage only.

Preparation for operation
- Before using the unit, wash the blender-attachment (1), the chopping knife (8), the whisk (11), the chopper bowl (9) and the measuring cup (12) with warm water and a neutral detergent, rinse and dry
- Wipe the motor unit (2), the lid-gear (7) and the whisk gear (10) with a soft slightly damp cloth.
Attention! Do not immerse the motor unit (2), the lid-gear (7) and the whisk gear (10), the power cord and the power plug into water or any other liquids.
Do not put the attachments and the bowls in a dish wash machine.
Selection of the attachments rotation speed
- To select the attachments rotation speed from 1 to 8, press and hold the (4) "I" button and rotate the control (5). Modes change will be displayed (6).
- For operation in the maximal speed mode, press and hold the (3) "II" button. Numeric value of the mode "9" will appear on the display (6).
Note: Numeric value of the speed mode is displayed (6) only at pressing and holding the (4) "I" or (3) "II" buttons.
Using the blender
WARNING: before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
- Insert the blender-attachment (1) into the motor unit (2), by matching the marks on the body of the attachment (1) and the motor unit (2); turn the blender-attachment (1) until bumping.
- Insert the plug into the socket. Indication in the form of the power cord plug will appear on the display (6). The blender is ready for operation.

Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the bowl with the products, which you want to chop/mix; you can use the measuring cup (12) for it.

Select the required speed of the attachment rotation, by pressing the holding the corresponding button (4) "I" or (3) "II".
Note: Products should be put into the bowl before switching on the unit. Before starting to chop/mix, we recommend to peel fruit, remove non-edible parts, such as bones, cut fruit into 2x2 cm cubes. - After you finish using the unit, take the plug out of the socket and remove the attachment (1).
Attention!
- Do not remove the attachment (1) during operation of the blender.
- In order not to damage the blades, do not process too hard products such as cereals, rice, seasonings, coffee beans, ice, frozen products.
Using the whisk
Use the whisk attachment (11) only to make cream, cook of sponge dough or mixing ready desserts.
WARNING: before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
- Insert the whisk gear (10) into the motor unit (2), by matching the marks on the body of the gear (10) and the motor unit (2); turn the gear (10) until bumping.
– Insert the whisk (11) into the gear (10).
– Insert the plug into the socket. - Put the whisk (11) into the bowl with products.
- Select the required speed of the whisk rotation, by pressing the holding the corresponding button (4) "I" or (3) "II".
- After you finish using the unit, take the plug out of the socket, disconnect the whisk (11) from the gear (10), and remove the gear (10) from the motor unit (2).
Attention!
- Do not use the whisk (11) to make stiff dough.
- Products should be put into the bowl before switching on the unit.

Using the mini-chopper
The mini-chopper is used to chop meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, fruits.
Attention!
Do not chop very hard products, such as nutmegs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
- Cut meat, cheese, onion, garlic, carrots into approximately equal slices.
- Remove stems from herbs, peel the nuts.
- Remove bones, tendons and cartilage from meat.
- To achieve the best results use the information in the table below.
Chopping
Be careful – the knife is very sharp! Always hold the knife by the upper plastic end.
- Set the knife (8) on the axis of the chopper bowl (9).
- Put the products into the chopper bowl (9).
- Put the lid-gear (7) on the bowl (9).
- Put the motor unit (2) into the lid-gear (7), matching the arrows on the motor unit (2) and the lid-gear (7), turn the motor unit (2) clockwise until bumping.
- Select the required speed of the chopping knife rotation, by pressing and holding the corresponding button (4) "l" or (3) "ll".
– During operation hold the motor unit (2) with one hand and the chopper bowl (9) with the other hand. - After usage disconnect the motor unit (2), turning it anti clockwise, and then remove the lid-gear (7).
– Carefully remove the knife (8). - Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl (9).
Attention! Strictly follow the described sequence of operations.
Cleaning
ATTENTION! The blades of the chopping knife (8) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the knife (8) very carefully!
– Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Disconnect the attachment.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2) and the gears (7, 10).
- After processing of salty and sour products it is better to rinse the knife (8) or the blender-attachment (1) with water.
- While possessing products with strong dyeing properties (for instance carrot or beet-root) the bowls or the attachments can get colored, wipe the attachments or the bowls using a cloth, dampened in plant oil.
- Wash the attachments (1, 8, 11), the chopper bowl (9) and the bowl (12) in warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND THE GEARS (7, 10) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH THEM UNDER A WATER JET OR IN A DISH WASH MACHINE.
Cooking examples
Mayonnaise
Use the blender-attachment (1) to make mayonnaise
200-250 ml plant oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 tbs. of lemon juice or vinegar
Salt and pepper
Put all the ingredients into the measuring cup (12) according to the order stated above. Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the cup (till the bottom). Switch on the blender at the maximal rotation speed, by pressing and holding the (3) "II" button, and wait till plant oil becomes emulsion. Then, not switching off the unit, slowly move the blender attachment (1) upwards and downwards, until you get mayonnaise of the desired consistency.

- The delivery set includes the brackets (13) which are fastened to the wall.
- You can set the motor unit (2) together with the attachment (1) and the gear (10) with the whisk (11) on the brackets.
- Clean the unit before taking it away for storage.
- Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
- Keep the blender set in a dry cool place, out of reach of children.
