Safety

  • Never use the product if the mains lead, plug or any other part is damaged or does not work properly.
  • The product must only be connected to a standard domestic 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz electrical supply.
  • Never attempt to repair or modify the product in any way.
  • Never use the product if it does not work properly or if the housing, mains lead or plug is damaged in any way.
  • If the mains lead is damaged in any way it must be replaced by a qualified electrician.

  1. To change the remote control battery, flip the remote upside down and pull out the battery tray on the bottom of the remote and replace it with a new (1 × CR2032) battery. Make sure that the positive (+) terminal faces upwards, towards you (refer to illustration).

  1. Thread the mains lead through the hole in base of the fan.

  1. Attach the base to the fan. Use the included the wing nuts to tighten the base to the fan and guide the mains lead through the cable guides according to the illustration.

Operating instructions

Switching on/off

  1. Place the fan on a firm, level surface and plug it into a power point.
  2. Press ⏻ to turn the fan on.
  3. Press ⏻ again to turn it off.

Oscillation

  1. Press to turn on oscillation. The fan oscillates to 60^ from side to side.
  2. Press 🤒 again to turn off oscillation.

Normal, interval (Nat), or sleep function (Sleep)

Normal

  1. Turn the fan on.

  2. Press ⏻ until all LED indicators turn off. Select fan speed by pressing 📋

Interval (Nat)

  1. Turn the fan on.
  2. Press ⏻ until the "Nat" LED indicator comes on. The fan will then run the factory installed interval programme (cannot be altered). All fan speeds (1–4) are used in this programme.

Sleep function (Sleep)

  1. Turn the fan on.
  2. Press ⚙ until the “Sleep” LED indicator comes on. The fan will then run the factory installed sleep function programme (cannot be altered). Only low fan speeds are used in this programme.

Timer

Press to set the timer in 30-minute intervals up to 8 hours. The fan will turn off automatically once the set time has passed. The timer can be used with any of the functions described above.

Care and maintenance

• Always unplug the product from the wall socket before cleaning.
- To change or clean the filter, remove the air-inlet grille from the back of fan by pressing in its 3 release tabs. Remove the grille. Then remove the filter. Vacuum and change if necessary.
- Wipe the outside of the housing with a clean, damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
- Check that the fan motor ventilation slits (10) are free from dust. Vacuum them if necessary.
- Always unplug the fan and store it in a dry, dust-free environment out of children's reach whenever it is not to be used for an extended period.
