Unauthorized Use
In cases of unauthorized use specified below, the appliance may be damaged or cause injuries;
- This device is not suitable for people who are not mentally stable or who do not have enough information to use such devices. Please do not let these people use the appliance.
- This electric appliance is not a toy. So please never let children play with the appliance and be more careful when there are children.
- Keep small items of packaging and plastic bags away from children. Otherwise they may harm themselves by swallowing them, especially packaging bags may cause danger of suffocation.

WARNING!
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children should not play with this appliance - Cleaning and maintenance shall not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Keep the packing materials away from the children. Choking risk!
- Children younger than 3 years shall be kept away from the appliance if they are not supervised constantly.
- This appliance may be used by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or with limited experience and/or knowledge, only under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety, or in accordance with the instructions of that person.
- Children shall be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance shall not be used for play.
- Children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years may switch the appliance on and off only if they are under supervision or are informed of the safe use of the appliance and if they understand the hazards that may be caused by the appliance. In this respect, it is a prerequisite for the appliance to be in normal usage position or that it is installed properly.
- Children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years shall not plug the appliance to the electrical outlet, adjust the appliance, and do not perform any cleaning or maintenance operations.

- When using an electrical device, the following precautions should always be taken. In order to prevent fire, electric shock and personal injuries;
- Before using the appliance, make sure your mains voltage is compatible with the appliance voltage.
- This device is not a toy. So please never let your children play with the appliance and be more careful when there are children.
- Before the first use, check the appliance for damages and malfunctions. If there is any malfunction or damage to the equipment, do not use the appliance and get in contact with Fakir Authorized Service.
Safety Warnings
When utilizing an electrical appliance, the precautions below shall always be taken in order to prevent fire, shock or personal injuries;
- This appliance must be grounded. This appliance is intended to be operated by a mains supply of 220-240V\~50/60Hz. Check if the voltage specified on the product matches with the voltage of your mains supply.
- Before using the appliance, make sure your mains voltage is compatible with the appliance voltage.
- The appliance is not a toy. Do not let your children play with the appliance and be more careful when there are children.
- Before first use, check the appliance for damages and defects. If there is any malfunction or damage to the equipment, do not use the appliance and get in contact with Fakir Authorized Service.
- This appliance shall only be used within its own utilization field as specified in the user's manual.
- Use the appliance always on a dry, non-slip and flat surface.
- Do not submerse the appliance in water. When such a condition

occurs inadvertently, your appliance shall be inspected by the authorized Fakir Service.
- In an event where the appliance or the cord is damaged, do not use the appliance and contact an authorized Fakir service.
• Always unplug the appliance, from the power outlet before cleaning it. - Do not pull from the cord, use the plug to unplug the appliance.
- The children are not aware of the threats posed by the electrical appliance. Do not ever let children to play with electrical appliances.
- Do not try tor remove an object of the appliance or try to place a metal object in the appliance.
- In order to prevent any damage that may occur on the appliance cable, do not use the appliances on places with sharp corners.
- Do not ever use your appliances outside. Do not expose the appliance to moisture or rain and do not operate with wet hands. This product is intended for household use only.
- Do not direct steam on people, animals, power outlets or equipment with electrical components.
- Your appliance will get hot when used, therefore only touch the handle. Do not touch hot surface.
- Please read the cleaning instructions.
- Fill the water up to the Max. level of your appliance. If you overfill, there is a danger that the water may overflow.
- The appliance shall be unplugged when it is not used or while it is being cleaned. You shall wait until it is cooled down to perform cleaning.
- Never operate your appliance when its lid is open.
- Never put any liquid other than water into your appliance.
- Repair works shall only be undertaken by Fakir authorized service. Repairs that have not been performed properly or carried out by unauthorized personnel may pose harm to the user. In this case, Fakir Elektrikli Ev Aletleri ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. will absolutely accept no responsibility.
- Do not use the steam cleaner if it has been dropped, damaged, left
outdoors, or immersed into water.
- Unplug the appliance when you do not use it or while cleaning it.
- Keep the steam cleaner away from water; do not let it get wet. If the appliance is wet, do not plug it in the outlet or operate the appliance.
- Do not touch the steam cleaner when your hands are wet.
- Do not pull and drag from the cord; do not use the cord as a handle; do not close a door over the cord; do not pull the cord around sharp edges or corners, or expose the cord to heated surfaces.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
- Do not punch a hole or a tear on the section where the on/off button is.
- Descale your appliance regularly.
- Do not use the appliance in confined spaces where oil-based paint, thinner, some anti-moth agents, vapour from flammable dusts or other explosive or toxic vapours are present.
- Do not use on leather, polished furnitures or floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate materials sensitive to steam.
- Never put descalers, flavoured or alcohol-based products on the steam cleaner as this may damage the appliance. To maintain the performance of the appliance and to allow the mixture to get out of the appliance in the form of steam, clean the appliance regularly with a mixture of 50% of natural white vinegar and 50% of water.
- Using pure or demineralized water shall maximize the performance of your steam cleaner.
- Do not use steam for heating the room.
- Using on polished or unpolished floors may remove the gloss of floors. Do not use it on uninsulated wooden floors. Try it on an inconspicuous area or refer to the floor manufacturer's maintenance instructions.
- Droplets may remain in the water tank as a result of the quality test performed in the production phase.
- A clicking sound shall be heard from the water shut-off valve if you shake this product. This is normal and it is not a malfunction.

Unpacking

Before first use, unpack the appliance end its accessories, check for damages and defects. If there is any malfunction or damage to the equipment, do not use the appliance and get in contact with Fakir Authorized Service.
- Repair works shall only be undertaken by Fakir authorized service. Repairs that are inadequate or carried out by unauthorized personnel may pose harm to the user.
-Do not punch a hole or a tear on the section where the on/off button is.
First Use
Before using your steam cleaner:
Remove all packagings and place individual components on the ground. After unpacking, check the steam cleaner for visible damage,
such as:
- Damages to the main body and apparatus
- Damage to the plug or cable.
If you observe any damage, do not use the steam cleaner and call the authorized service.

OPERATION
1) Filling the Water tank

WARNING!
Risk of electric shock! Before filling the water tank (18) Disconnect the power plug(5)from the power socket.

ATTENTION!
Fill the water tank (18) with tap water or distilled water without any additives. If your tap water is hard: Use distilled water. If your tap water is moderately hard: Mix distilled water and tap water (ratio of 1:1).

NOTE!
- As long as there are steam and pressure in the water tank (18) you cannot open the safe valve (1). To open the water tank:
-Release steam or
-wait until the product has cooled down - Do not exceed the water tank's (18) maximum water capacity of 250 ml
- Slowly open the safety valve (1). Before fully opening, wait a few seconds until the steam stops hissing.
- Use the measuring cup(11) and the funnel (9) to fill the water tank (18) through the water inlet
- Close the safety valve(1).
2) Turning Off /On
- Connect the power plug (5) to a suitable power socket.
- The power indicator (15) lights up The products starts to produce steam immediately.
- The product is ready to use when the steam indicator (16) lights up.
- Turning off the product: Disconnect the product from the power socket.

NOTE!
• The product takes around 3 minutes to preheat.
• The product has to be unplugged after use,
-before cleaning, and
-before maintenance
3) CHILD SAFETY LOCK

4) STEAMING
-The product has to be maintained in an upright position
*while being used,
*under pressure or
*filled with water.
- Hold the product by its handle (4)
- Controlling the steam output: Gradually press the steam trigger (3)
- Stop steaming when the steam indicator (16) goes off. Wait until the steam indicator (16) lights up again. You may now resume working.
- If there is no steam output – although the steam indicator (16) is on: Disconnect the power plug(5) from the power socket. Refill the water tank (18)
CLEANING AND CARE
Descaling
If the appliance turns off automatically before reaching the boiling point, it is a sign that it should be descaled.
Descaling cleaning agents must be used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
Add 1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water mixture into the appliance. Pour after boiling 2 or 3 times.
If there is any possibility that the descale cleaning agent in the water will bubble, fill the appliance with water less than the MAX. water level.
After performing the descaling process, boil the appliance 1-2 times with clean water and rinse. Then drain away the boiling water.
- Cleaning the Main Unit

WARNING!
Risk of Electrik Shock : Before cleaning and maintenance: Disconnect the power plug (5) from the power socket.

WARNING!
Do not immerse the product's electrical components in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.

- Wipe down the product with a slightly damp cloth.
- Do not let any water or other liquids enter the product interior.
-Do not use any abrasive, aggressive cleaners or hard brushes to clean the product. - After cleaning: Let all parts dry completely.
Cleaning the accessories
- Clean the accessories in warm, soapy water
-After cleaning: Let all accessories dry completely.
Cleaning the cotton cover (8)
*The cotton cover can be machine-washed with hot water;
*Do not bleach;
*Line dry;
*Do not iron;
*Do not dry clean.
-REMOVING LIMESCALE
If the steam power reduces drastically, it may be necessary to remove the limescale from the water tank (18)/accessories:
Cleaning Water Tank (18)
* Disconnect the power plug (5) from the power socket.
* Fill the water tank (18) with a mixture of tap water and vinegar (ratio of 2:1).
* Wait 24 hours.
* Drain the mixture into a sink
* Rinse the water tank with fresh water.
Accessories
*Disconnect the power plug (5) from the power socket.
*Fill the water tank (18) with a mixture of tap water and vinegar (ratio of 2:1).
* Install the accessory you wish to remove the limescale from
* Secure the position of the product to ensure that the steam is aimed away from the surrounding objects and surfaces.
*Turn on the product. Operate the product until all the mixture is used up.

SAFETY NOTICE!
Be careful to avoid contact with water during the descaling process, as this may cause injury or damage.

NOTE!
Before you call Customer Service, check whether you can correct the problem/ fault yourself.
For this purpose, please see the "TROUBLESHOOTING" section. If you can not resolve the problem/error, please call Customer Service. Troubleshooting
Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.

Recycling
