Frequently Asked Questions - Amp 3 USB Auna

How do I connect my devices to the Auna Amp 3 USB?
Connect your audio sources (e.g., CD player, smartphone) to the AUX inputs using RCA cables. For a USB device, plug it into the USB port. Select the input source using the AUX1/AUX2/AUX3/USB selector. Connect speakers to the push-type speaker terminals (4-8 Ohm impedance).
How can I use the USB playback function?
Insert a USB drive with MP3 files into the USB 2.0 input. Press the ▶ button to start playback, ◀ to go to previous track, ▶▶ to next track. The LED indicator shows status. Note: the amplifier will resume playback from the last position when powered on again with USB selected.
Why is there no sound from the speakers?
Check all connections: speakers properly connected to terminals, audio source connected and powered. Ensure the master volume is not at minimum. Verify the input selector matches the connected source. Also check speaker impedance (4-8 Ohms). If the amplifier is overheating, it may shut down; let it cool.
How do I adjust the sound quality?
Use the BASS and TREBLE controls to boost or cut low and high frequencies (±10 dB at 100 Hz each). The BALANCE control adjusts left-right balance. The MASTER volume controls overall level (does not affect microphone volume).
Can I use a microphone with this amplifier?
Yes, connect a microphone with a 1/4" plug to the MIC input. Adjust the MIC volume control. The microphone can be used in PAGER mode (music attenuated, microphone overrides) or MIXING mode (microphone and music play together, ideal for karaoke).
What should I do if the amplifier suddenly turns off?
First, ensure it has adequate ventilation and is not overheated. Let it cool down. If it still doesn't turn on, check the fuse (located near the power cord). Replace with a 1A/250V fast-acting 5x20mm fuse. Never use a higher rating.
How do I record audio from the amplifier?
Connect a tape deck or recorder to the REC RCA output. This outputs the current audio signal for recording. Note that the REC output level is fixed and unaffected by the master volume.
What are the power requirements?
The amplifier operates on 230 V~, 50 Hz AC power. Power consumption is 25 W. Use the provided power cord and ensure it's plugged into a suitable outlet.
Is there a headphone output?
Yes, there is a 1/4" headphone jack on the front panel. When headphones are connected, the speaker output may be muted (typical for such amplifiers). Check the manual for details.
How should I clean and maintain the amplifier?
Keep the amplifier dry and in a well-ventilated area. Wipe occasionally with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. If the fuse blows, replace it with an identical one. For internal servicing, contact qualified personnel.
