Always follow all safety instructions. Before using this product for the first time, verify that the voltage is correct and that all parts are properly installed. Please keep these instructions in a safe place and pass them on to third parties as applicable.

This light can be plugged into all permanently installed sockets. This product is intended for private household use only. This product is only to be used as a wall light or reading light. Do not use this light as a night light.

This light is only suitable for indoor use in dry and enclosed rooms.

Damage due to failure to comply with these operating instructions will invalidate the guarantee! We assume no liability for consequential damage! We assume no liability for material damage or personal injury due to improper handling or failure to comply with the safety instructions!

Avoid the risk of fatal injury from electric shock
- Check the light for damage every time before you use it. Never use the light if it shows any signs of damage.

WARNING! A damaged light means danger of death from electric shock!
- Check the light regularly and before every use to see if there is any damage to the casing and mains plug.
The light can not be repaired. If the light is damaged, the product must be disposed of.
- Ensure before use that the available mains voltage is the same as the voltage required for operating the lamp (see „Technical Data“).
- Strictly ensure that the light does not come into contact with water or other liquids.
■ Never open any of the components of the electrical equipment or insert any objects into the same components. This will pose a risk of fatal injury from electric shock.
- Do not install the light on a damp or conducting surface.
- Do not use the light with sockets which have a hinged cover.

Prevent fire and injury hazards

RISK OF INJURY! Check the light regularly and before every use to see if there is any damage to the casing and mains plug.
■ Never use the light if any defects have been identified.

CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS DUE TO
HOT SURFACES! To prevent burns, ensure that the light is switched off and has cooled down before touching it. Lamps develop a lot of heat in the area of the lamp head.
- Allow the light to cool completely.
Do not look directly into the light source (lamp, LED, etc.).
The lamp is not replaceable.
If the illuminant has reached the end of its life, the entire light must be replaced.
This light is not suitable for dimmer
or electronic switches.

In order to disconnect the light completely from the power supply, the light must be removed from the socket.
Do not leave the light or packaging material lying unattended. Plastic film or bags and Styrofoam etc. can turn into dangerous toys for children.

Safe working
■ Install the light so that it is protected from moisture, dirt and excessive heat temperature.
- Constant attentiveness is required! Always pay attention to what you are doing and act with common sense. Never use the light if you are having difficulty concentrating or do not feel well.
- Familiarise yourself before use with all instructions and diagrams in this manual as well as with the light itself.
This product is only to be used as a wall light or reading light. Do not use this light as a night light.
- Start-up
- Installing / uninstalling the light
□ Connect the plug of the light to the mains socket.
☐ Check that it is correctly plugged in. Your light is now ready to use.
- Directing the spotlight
□ Only change the direction of the spotlight 1 with the light unplugged.
□ Allow the light to cool completely.
Turn the spotlight 1 carefully in the desired direction.
- Switching on and off
Switching the light on:
☐ Set the switch 2 to the „AUTO” position.
- Motion detector is active.
- The automatic darkness sensor is switched on.
- The light switches on automatically for approx. 60 seconds, if there is motion within the detection range.
- The function only operates if there is darkness.
☐ Set the switch 2 to the „ON” position.
- The light is switched on permanently.
- The motion detector is switched off.
- The automatic darkness sensor is switched off.
Switching the light off:
☐ Set the switch 2 to the „OFF“ position. - The light is switched off permanently.
Note: The range of the motion detector is max. 3.0 m.
● Maintenance and Cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Disconnect the light from the mains power before cleaning.

For reasons of electrical safety, never clean the light with water or other fluids, or immerse it in water. Only use a dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning.
⚠️ CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS DUE TO HOT SURFACES! Allow the light to cool completely.
Do not use solvents, benzene or similar substances. They could damage the light.

- Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities. The Green Dot is not valid for Germany.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1-7: plastics / 20-22: paper and fibre-board/80-98: composite materials.

The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.
Conformity has been demonstrated. The relevant declarations and documents are held by the manufacturer.

You receive a 36 month warranty on this product, valid from the date of purchase. The appliance has been carefully produced under strict quality control. We will rectify without charge all material and manufacturing defects within the warranty period. In the event of a defect arising during the warranty period, please send the appliance to the listed Service Centre address, making reference to the following article number: 14100204L (1500104LVE)/14100206L (1500106LVE)/14112008L (1500108LVE).
Wearing parts (such as lamp bulbs) and damage caused by improper handling, non-observance of the operating instructions or unauthorised interference with the appliance are excluded from the warranty. The performance of services under the warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period.
When inquiring about your product, please have your receipt and product number (e.g. IAN 12345) ready as your proof of purchase.
