3. The appliance has a non-self-resetting thermal. When internal of temperature of the appliance raise very high, Non-self-resetting thermal will cut out. So there is protection function.

SAFETY AND WARNING

Read all the instructions carefully before you use the appliance and keep it for future use.

1. This appliance is not suitable to be used outside the house.
2. Warning: in order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
3. Don't use it on the carpet with long fluff.
4. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
5. Don't insert sticks or any other objects to either the air inlet or the outlet of the appliance.
6. The Heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
7. Don't put the appliance near a fire.
8. Keep children away from the heater.

9. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. When the appliance is switched on for the first time, a slight smell may be emitted. Please ensure sufficient ventilation. This smell will disappear very quickly.
2. Place the power selector in "O" position, the thermostat on its minimum position and put the plug in a AC220-240V power socket
3. The selector allows you to choose the desired power. The higher the power, the faster the heating.

4. The thermostat regulates the temperature in the room. A red pilot light will indicate that the appliance is operating.

5. In order to spread the heat and to optimise the heating of the rooms, you appliance is equipped with an oscillation feature of +/-45° that can simply be activated by pressing the switch situated on the base.

6. OPERATION:

• Ventilation only: turn the power knob to setting
• Heating at low power: turn the power knob to setting I (about 900W).
• Heating at full power: turn the power knob to setting II (about 1500W).
• Switching off: turn the power knob to setting O.
• The indicator light will be on while the Heater is working.

ADJUSTING TEMPERATURE: When the room has reached the required temperature turn the right thermostat knob (where included) in an anti-clockwise direction up to the point where the appliance switches off and not beyond. The temperature fixed in this way will be automatically regulated and kept at a constant level by the thermostat.

OSCILLATION FUNCTION: Pressing the Oscillate switch will allow the Heater to oscillate side by side. To stop the oscillation, press the Oscillate switch once more.

SAFETY TIP-OVER SWITCH: This unit is equipped with a Safety Tip-Over switch located inside the Heater. This feature cuts the main power to the unit if the Heater gets knocked over. If the unit does tip over, simply stand it up right to resume operation.

SAFETY FEATURES

1. A thermal overload protector is built in to prevent overheating;
2. When an overheat temperature is reached, the Heater will be automatically shut off. It can only resume operation when the user resets the unit.(See Reset) instructions below)

To Reset Heater:

1. Unplug the Heater and wait 10 minutes for the unit to cool down. Inspect it and remove any objects on or adjacent to the heater that may cause overheating.
2. After the 10 minutes plug the unit in again and operate normally.
3. Plug in the appliance and switch it on. If the appliance can't operate normally, remove the plug immediately from the socket and have the Heater serviced by an appointed service only.

SECURITY SYSTEM

1.1 To avoid risk to human being or damage to internal components, the Heater has a security system which will automatically switch off the appliance if the heat reaches the safety limit. If overheating occurs:
1.2 Turn the heat select switch to "O" position, turn the thermostat switch to the minimal position and remove the plug from the socket.
1.3 Check if the air flows smoothly before the outlet and inlet, and if the appliance is put in right position. If so, get it in order before restart the appliance.
1.4 Let the Heater cool down for 8 to 10 minutes before you start it again.
1.5 Plug in the appliance and switch it on. If the appliance can't operate normally, remove the plug immediately from the socket and have the fan Heater serviced by an appointed service only.
