How long should you wait before plugging in the wine cellar after installation?
It is recommended to let the appliance stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in to avoid failure of the refrigeration system due to movement.
How to adjust the temperature of the wine cellar?
Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons on the control panel to increase or decrease the temperature. Each compartment (top and middle) can be adjusted independently. The display in °C or °F is selected with the F/C button.
Why is the display flashing?
The display flashes during temperature calculation. When stable, it shows the measured temperature of the compartment.
What to do if the interior lighting does not work?
First check that the appliance is plugged in and the circuit breaker has not tripped. Then make sure the lighting is turned on (on/off button). If that does not solve the problem, the LEDs may be burnt out. Contact an authorized professional to replace them with identical lamps.
How to clean my wine cellar?

What to do in case of a prolonged power outage?
If the outage lasts a few hours, avoid opening the door. For a longer outage, take measures to protect your wine, for example by transferring it to a cool place.
Why is my wine cellar vibrating or making noise?
Vibrations may come from an unstable floor: adjust the adjustable feet. Gas circulation or water flow noises are normal. Cracking sounds may come from wall expansion. Make sure the appliance is stable and well positioned.
Can food be stored in this wine cellar?
No, this appliance is designed only for wine storage. The temperatures are not suitable for preserving perishable foods.

  1. Set the desired cooling temperature by pressing the button or which are under the Upper Compartment/Middle Compartment program. When you push the two buttons for the first time, the LCD readout will show the original temperature set at previous time. The temperature that you desire to set will increase 1^ or 1^ if you push the once, on the contra the temperature will decrease 1^ or 1^ if you push the once.

Upper Compartment: The temperature setting can be adjusted from 10^ - 18^ ( 50^ - 64^ );

  1. Your wine cooler is designed with an Auto-Cycle defrost system. During the Off-Cycle the refrigerated surface of the wine cooler (interior rear wall) defrost automatically. The defrost water is channelled into a condensate drain pan which is located at the back of the wine cooler on the top of the compressor from where it evaporates.

Shelves

Shelving is wooden. To accommodate different size bottles, they can be moved up or drown by sliding them out of the tracks. The shelves are designed to accommodate the maximum amount of bottles.

Wine Rack

There is an additional wine rack at bottom section of the unit where you can store up to 6 wine bottles. This rack is removable for cleaning purpose.

NOTE:

When you use the wine cooler for the first time or restart the wine cooler after it has been turned off for long time, there could be a few degrees variance between the temperature you select and the one indicated on the LCD readout. This is normal and it is due to the length of the activation time. Once the wine cooler is running for a few hours everything will be back to normal.

Also, there is a 2 to 3^ C variance between the top and bottom shelves of each compartment. Therefore, If you have set the wine cellar for red wine only and the temperature reads 16^ C and you want to place a mix of white and red wines, you should place the wine bottles on the bottom shelves and the red wines on the top shelves.
