the product is operated.

- Installation - Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Power sources - This product should be operated only from the type of power source indicated by the marking adjacent to the power cord entry. If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your home, consult your product dealer or local power company.
- Grounding or polarization - the product is not required to be grounded. Ensure that the plug is fully inserted into the wall outlet or extension cord receptacle to prevent blade or pin exposure. Some versions of the product are equipped with a power cord fitted with a polarized alternating line plug (a plug having one blade wider than the other). This plug will fit onto the power outlet only one way. This is a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug should still fail to fit, contact your electrician to replace your obsolete outlet. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug. - Ventilation - The product must be properly ventilated. Do not place the product on a bed, sofa, or other similar surface. Do not cover the product with any items such as tablecloths, newspapers, etc.
- Heat - The product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other products, including amplifiers that produce heat. No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
- Water and moisture - To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the product to train, dripping, splashing or excessive moisture such as in a sauna or bathroom. Do not use this product near water, for example, near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool (or similar).
- Object and Liquid Entry - Never push objects of any kind into this product through openings, as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-circuit parts that could result in a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product. Do not place any object containing liquid on top of the product.
- Cleaning - Unplug the product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Dust in the woofer may be cleaned with a dry cloth. If you wish to use an aerosol cleaning spray, do not spray directly on the cabinet; spray onto the cloth. Be careful not to damage the drive units.
- Attachments - Do not use attachments not recommended by the product manufacturer, as they may cause hazards.
- Accessories - Do not place this product on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table. The product may fall, causing serious injury to a child or adult, and serious
damage to the product. Use only with a cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table recommended by the manufacturer or sold with the product. Any mounting of the product should follow the manufacturer's instructions and should use a mounting accessory recommended by the manufacturer.
- Moving the product - A product and cart combination should be moved with care. Quick stops, excessive force and uneven surfaces may cause the product and cart combination to overturn.
- Unused periods - The power cord of the appliance should be unplugged from the outlet during lightning storms or when the apparatus is left unused for a long period of time.
- Servicing - Do not attempt to service this product yourself, as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
- Please remove the power plug from the main power source or wall power source when not in use. When plugged in to a power source, the system is in standby mode, so the power is not entirely cut off.
- Replacement parts - When replacement parts are required, ensure that the service technician has used replacement parts specified by the manufacturer or have the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire, electric shock or other hazards.
- Mains fuses - For continued protection against fire hazard, use fuses only of the correct type and rating.
- Do not turn up the volume while listening to a section with very low level inputs or no audio signals. If you do, the speaker may be damaged when a peak level section is suddenly played.
- The only means of completely disconnecting the product from the power supply is by removing the power cord from the wall outlet or the product. The wall outlet or the power cord entry to the product must remain freely accessible at all times while the product is in use.
- Try to install the product near a wall socket or extension cord and shall be easily accessible.
- The highest environmental temperature suitable for this product is 35°C.
- ESD hints - If the product may reset or not reset to operation of control due to electrostatic discharge, just switch off and reconnect again, or move the product to another location.
28. Battery
- The batteries must not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
- The batteries should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
- Battery usage CAUTION - to prevent battery leakage which may result in body injuries, property damage, or damage to the apparatus:
- Install all batteries correctly, + and - as marked on the apparatus.
- Do not mix batteries (old and new or carbon and alkaline, etc.)
- Remove batteries when the unit is not used for a long time.
ERP2 (Energy Related Products) note
This product with ecodesign complies with the stage 2 requirements of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1275/2008 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC regarding standby and off mode electric power consumption of electronic household and office equipment. After 10 minutes without any audio input, the device will automatically switch into
standby mode. Follow the instruction manual to resume operation.
Important note:
This device is equipped with an energy saving mode: if no signal is given for 10 minutes, the device will automatically switch into standby mode to save energy (ERP 2 standard). Please note that low volume settings on the audio source may be recognized as "no audio signal": this will affect the device's signal detection capability and may also cause an automatic switch to standby mode. If this happens, please reactivate the audio signal transmission or increase the volume setting on the audio source player (MP3 player, etc.) to resume playback. If the problem persists, please contact the local service center.
WARNING
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Never use the device unsupervised! Switch off the device whenever you are not using it, even if only for a short while.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote control system.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Before operating this system, check the voltage of this system to see if it is identical to the voltage of your local power supply.
- The unit should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. Make sure that there are at least 20 cm of space above and at least 5 cm of space on each side of the unit.
- The apparatus must not be exposed to dripping or splashing, and objects filled with liquids, such as vases, must not be placed on the apparatus.
- To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this equipment to hot places, rain, moisture, or dust.
- Do not locate this unit near any water sources, e.g., taps, bathtubs, washing machines, or swimming pools. Ensure that you place the unit on a dry, stable surface.
- Do not place this unit close to a strong magnetic field.
- Do not place the unit on an amplifier or receiver.
- Do not place this unit in a damp area as the moisture will affect the life of electric components.
- If the system is brought directly from a cold to a warm location, or is placed in a very damp room, moisture may condense on the lens inside the player. If this occurs, the system will not operate properly. Please leave the system turned on for about an hour until the moisture evaporates.
- Do not attempt to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this might damage the finish. Wipe with a clean, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- When removing the power plug from the wall outlet, always pull directly on the plug, never pull on the cord.
- Depending on the electromagnetic waves used by a television broadcast, if a TV is turned on near this unit while it is also on, lines might appear on the TV screen.
- Neither this unit nor the TV is malfunctioning. If you see such lines, keep this unit well away from the TV set.
- The mains plug is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device must remain readily operable.
- To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

Thank you for buying our product. This model includes the following main features.
- Bluetooth function for audio streaming playback.
- PLL FM radio with station memory.
- MicroSD card playback (max supported device up to 64GB).

Location of controls:

1. Play/pause button
a. Long press it for 2 seconds to switch the play mode between Bluetooth/FM/microSD and AUX IN mode. b. In Bluetooth and microSD card playback mode, short press it to play, pause, or resume music playback. c. In FM radio mode, short press it to scan and save the available stations automatically.
2,3. Volume +/- button
a. Press and hold it to adjust the output volume level. b. In Bluetooth and microSD card playback mode, short press it to skip the playback track. c. In FM radio mode, short press it to pick up the preset station.
4. LED Indicator and microphone hole.
a) Blue color: Bluetooth mode. b) Flashing red color: microSD card playback mode. c) Steady red color: FM radio mode or AUX in mode.
5. Power on/off switch.
6. AUX IN jack.
- MicroUSB DC 5V power jack and charging LED indicator.

Battery charging
This unit has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery inside. Before starting the playback, please follow the steps below for charging.
- Using the supplied USB to microUSB type charging cable connects the speaker with your USB charger (USB adaptor or USB output port like on PC, USB rating output: 5V/1A, other USB charger with current equal or above 1A). The microUSB connector should connect with the
DC 5V power jack on the rear panel of speaker, and the another terminal connect with USB charger. Then plug your USB charger into the
household AC power.
- The charging LED will light on in red color during charging, and the red color LED will off when the battery is fully charged.
- The speaker will off automatically when the battery power exhausted, please arrange recharge for playing.
Important: We recommend connect the USB charger with rating output spec at DC 5V/1A, or equal or above 1A output current USB power. The general USB output on PC (personal computer) is 5V/1A (please reference your PC spec for checking). There may have some charging noise or abnormal function from speaker if the charging current is too low. If it happened, please remove the charging power and put the speaker in a while, then the speaker will reset the function in normal. Please kindly note this is not malfunction.
Notes:
Your battery lifetime will last longer if you follow up below simple guidelines for charging and storing.
a. For charging first time, charge it at least 10 hours. b. Recharge and store the unit within the temperature range of 5°C\~35°C (40°F\~95°F). c. Do not charge longer than 24 hours. Excessive charging or discharging may shorten the battery's life.
d. Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time.
e. Please turn off the speaker if long time not to use.
f. The speaker can play music during charging.

Bluetooth operation
The speaker includes a Bluetooth function that allows you to wirelessly play audio from other Bluetooth devices such as smartphones. Please follow the steps below for operation.
- Push the power on/off switch to power on the unit. Press and hold the play/pause button for 2 seconds to switch the play source and enter Bluetooth mode. The blue LED will flash, indicating that the speaker is ready to pair with other devices.
- Enable the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device and search for available Bluetooth devices (please refer to your device's manual for operation).
- Check the available Bluetooth devices on your device's menu list and select "BP BT03" to start pairing. If a password is required during pairing, enter "0000" (four zeros). The blue LED will become steady when pairing is successful.
- Select and play music on your Bluetooth device. The sound will then be output from the speaker.
- During Bluetooth playback, you can short press the play/pause button to play or pause the music; short press the volume +/- button to select the last or next track; press and hold the volume +/- button to decrease or increase the volume.
Phone call hands-free: When your cell phone is paired with the speaker in Bluetooth mode and an incoming call arrives, short press the play/pause button to answer the call. Speak toward the microphone hole within 30 cm (suggested distance) for better conversation sound quality. Short press the play/pause button again to end the call and resume music playback.
Notes:
a. Not all Bluetooth devices are guaranteed to pair successfully due to different designs and brands. b. Do not place your cell phone very close to the speaker during hands-free calls to avoid interference that may affect conversation sound quality. c. The best Bluetooth working distance is within 10 meters without obstacles in between. d. The speaker can broadcast the incoming phone call number in Bluetooth mode. e. If the speaker fails to pair with another device and no further operation is performed, it will automatically power off after about 10 minutes. Please power on the unit again to operate.
FM radio operation
Before listening to the radio, try to move the unit near a window if possible, and insert the supplied 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable into the AUX IN jack as an external antenna to get better reception.
- Power on the unit, then press and hold the play/pause button for 2 seconds to switch to FM radio mode.
- Short press the play/pause button to auto-scan and save available FM stations (supports up to 50 preset stations). Short press the volume +/- button to select the last or next preset station. Press and hold the volume +/- button to decrease or increase the volume.
TF/MicroSD card playback
Please copy the MP3 format music into the TF or MicroSD card device (max supported 64GB) before starting playback, and then insert the card into the slot on the rear panel of the unit. Power on the unit, press the play/pause button for 2 seconds to switch and enter the MicroSD playback mode; the speaker will read the card device automatically, and get the music output after a few seconds.
In TF/MicroSD card playback mode, short press the volume+/- button to select the last or next track; press and hold the volume +/- button to decrease or increase the volume. Short press the play/pause button to play or pause the music.
Notes:
a. The TF/MicroSD card playback mode is only available when there is a card device installed on the speaker successfully. b. The supported audio format is MP3/WAV in TF/MicroSD playback mode, but not all mentioned audio files are guaranteed. c. Not all TF/MicroSD card devices are supported due to different design and brand, the max supported storage is 64GB. d. Please kindly insert the TF or MicroSD card into the slot properly.
AUX IN/MP3 link mode
Using the supplied 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable, connect the AUX jack on the speaker rear panel with the line out or headphone jack on any other external audio player like an MP3 player, etc. Power on the speaker, press the play/pause button for 2 seconds to switch and enter the AUX IN playback mode; select and play the music from your external audio player, then the sound will output from the speaker.
Notes:
a. In AUX IN mode, the main control is on your external audio player side. But you can still increase or decrease the volume on the speaker side. b. Please kindly note that the AUX IN mode is only available when the audio cable is plugged in. The unit will switch to AUX IN mode automatically when you connect it with the audio cable.

Troubleshooting
- The unit cannot power on.
a. Please charge the unit and try again. b. Please contact the service center in case the issue remains.
- There is no or intermittent sound output in Bluetooth mode.
a. Please turn off the Bluetooth, and repair with the speaker. b. Please put your Bluetooth device closer to the speaker.
- No available FM station or background noise in FM.
a. Please plug in the 3.5mm stereo audio cable and re-scan for available FM stations. b. Please tune to another FM station for listening. c. Please try moving the unit near a window to get better reception.
- The speaker cannot read out the music in TF or microSD card.
a. Please check if you insert the TF or microSD card into the slot properly. b. Please check if the audio format is in MP3/WAV.
