IMPORTANT! Using extension cords is not recommended.

- If using extension cord: Cords 50' or less should be 12 gauge. Cords longer than 50' should be 10 gauge.

ASSEMBLY

VENTED OIL CAP

1. Remove red unvented shipping cap as shown. (See Figure 1)

1. Replace with yellow vented oil cap found in accessory bag. (See Figure 2)

QUICK CONNECT

1. Remove red cap from outlet as shown. (See Figure 3)

1. Screw on quick connect adapter found in accessory bag. Tighten with 1" wrench. (See Figure 4)

QUICK ASSEMBLY GUIDE CONTINUED

GUN/HOSE ASSEMBLY

1. Screw gun and hose threads together by hand-turning clockwise until hand-tight. Hose threads already have pipe-sealing tape applied to them. (See Figure 5)

1. Use 3/4" wrench on the hose fitting. Use a 7/8" wrench on the gun fitting. Tighten clockwise until snug. (See Figure 6)

1. Attach hose to quick connect adapter and attach garden hose to inlet with a wrench. (See Figure 7)

IMPORTANT! Purge the line of air by squeezing and holding the trigger before turning pressure washer on.

WARNING! Using extension cord is not recommended. If one must be used:

• Extension cords 50' or less should be 12 GAUGE.
• Extension cords more than 50' should be 10 GAUGE.

OPERATING ISSUE

Motor does not turn on or shuts off.	No power.	Check electrical fuse or circuit breaker.
	Power interruption.	Reset GFCI.
	Clogged nozzle.	Clean out nozzle of any debris.
Low or no pressure.	Kinks in hose.	Check for kinks in hose and release.
	Nozzle is set at low pressure.	Adjust pressure spray setting. For high-pressure spray, pull adjustable collar toward the gun handle.
Detergent will not siphon.	Detergent hose not submerged into solution.	Make sure hose is submerged.
	Nozzle not in "soap" position.	Push adjustable collar forward.
	Too many high-pressure hose extensions used.	Use only one hose extension at a time.
