Thank you for purchasing the Neno Beauty Alva LED Light Therapy Mask. The device is designed to improve the condition of the facial skin by using light of different wavelengths, adapted to different skin needs. This user manual contains all the information necessary for proper use. Please read it and keep it if you need to use it again.

01. PRECAUTIONS

1. Do not use the device on damaged, burned skin or if you have recently had surgery.
2. The LED mask is not recommended for people with active cancers, photosensitive epilepsy, severe dermatological diseases, open wounds on the face, or for people with photosensitivity. Do not use the mask if you are taking photosensitizing drugs (e.g. some antibiotics, retinoids).
3. The appliance should not be used by children. Adults with physical, sensory, or cognitive limitations should only use the device under the supervision of a guardian.
4. The use of an LED mask during pregnancy is not recommended. Consult a doctor before using the device if necessary.
5. During breastfeeding, due to the possible increased sensitivity of the skin, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using the LED mask.
6. If you have any doubts about the possibility of using the device in a specific health condition (e.g. skin diseases), consult a doctor.
7. Avoid looking directly at the LEDs in operation.
8. Do not continue to use the device if the silicone eye shield is damaged and transmits light.
9. Do not use the appliance for longer than the recommended time. Longer use than indicated may lead to skin irritation.
10. Do not use the appliance near water or in high humidity conditions, such as a bathtub, shower, or sauna.
11. Do not use the device while sleeping.
12. If you feel any discomfort during use, discontinue use immediately.
13. Do not use the device while charging. Unplug the device from the power supply when it is fully charged.
14. Keep the power source away from heat sources and water while charging.
15. Do not use the product if any component is damaged or missing.
16. Do not disassemble and repair the product by yourself.
17. Do not use accessories or spare parts other than those included in the kit.
18. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
19. Do not store the appliance and its packaging in an area that is easily accessible to children.
20. Do not store the device near a heat source and do not expose it directly to sunlight. Do not immerse the appliance in water.

1. The device has three light therapy programs:

2. Soothing mode: has an antibacterial effect, reduces inflammation and blemishes. It soothes redness and irritation of the skin. It regulates sebum secretion.

3. Brightening mode: helps even out skin tone, lightens dark spots and restores the skin's healthy, radiant appearance.

4. Anti-aging mode: deeply stimulates cell renewal, improves skin elasticity and reduces wrinkles.

5. Wash and dry your face thoroughly before use.

6. Choose one of the programs:

7. Soothing mode: to turn on the device, press the A1 button (the LED indicator on the A1 button will flash yellow, a single beep and a voice prompt “Soothing mode” will sound).

8. Brightening mode: To turn on the device, press button A1 twice (the LED indicator on button A1 flashes yellow, a single beep and a voice prompt “Brightening mode” sounds).

9. Anti-aging mode: to turn on the device, press the A1 button three times (the LED indicator on the A1 button will flash yellow, a single beep and a voice prompt “Anti-aging mode” will sound).

10. Adjust the headband and apply the mask, making sure the eye shield fits properly on your face. In addition, you can adjust the height of the chin support.

11. The mask has a built-in 10-minute timer: after ten minutes from the moment one of the three modes/programs is set, the device will turn off. Time does not add up when changing modes/programs while they are running.

12. Remove the mask and move on to the next steps of care.

13. Use the LED mask 3-5 times a week (for 10-20 minutes), choosing the mode that suits your needs.

05. CLEANING AND STORAGE

1. Wipe the inside and outside of the mask with a dry or slightly damp cloth after each use.
2. Do not immerse the mask in water and do not use highly corrosive detergents or alcohol.
3. Leave to dry in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
4. If the product is not in use, it should be stored in the bag provided.

06. CHARGING YOUR DEVICE

1. When charging, the LED indicator on the function button flashes red. The device must not be used while charging.
2. The indicator glows solid yellow when the device is fully charged.
3. When the battery level drops below 30%, the LED indicator flashes red to indicate that the device needs to be charged. The device can still be used for 10 minutes.
4. When the battery level drops below 10%, the device automatically shuts down. When attempting to turn it back on, the unit will beep twice and the LED indicator will flash red.
