INSTRUKCJA OBSŁUGI
Szanowny Kliencie,
the Neno Aria product you have purchased is an electronic aspirator used to remove secretions from a child's nose. The device is suitable for use with newborn babies and children from the first day of life up to 6 years of age.
Please read the enclosed instructions before using the device.
01. PRECAUTIONS
- Product is not a toy - do not allow children to play with it. The product is for adult use.
- The product has small parts which may cause choking.
- Test the suction power on the back of an adult's hand before use.
- Use the supplied USB cable to ensure that the charging voltage is within the parameters of the device. Do not connect the device to a higher voltage than specified - this may damage the device and cause a fire or explosion.
- Do not charge while using.
- Do not leave this product within reach of children when it is not being used.
- If the unit is not to be used for a long period of time (at least 3 months), fully charge the battery before storing.
- When the battery is charged, disconnect the aspirator from the charger, otherwise the aspirator may explode.
- Do not disassemble or repair the machine yourself. In case of malfunction, contact a service centre.
- Do not use the device if there are wounds or signs of mucositis in the nose.
- In the event of fever, infection, irritation or bleeding of the nose, stop using the device and contact your doctor.
- Do not use this product for any purpose other than its intended use
- Do not use this product in the ears, mouth or eyes.
- The aspirator is a hygienic product for home use. If your child has a nasal condition, consult your doctor before use. Contraindications to the use of the aspirator are injuries to the nose, neck or head, nosebleeds and blood clotting problems.
- If babies and young children feel uncomfortable while using this device, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE

04. INSTALLATION
- Place the removable container on top of the aspirator base and press down well so that the container fits well on the aspirator base.
- Select the appropriate silicone tip and place it on the container.
05. BATTERY INDICATOR

When the device is switched on, the power/mode change button lights up to indicate the current battery status:
-
Green light - battery status 31%-100%.
- Orange light 11%-30%.
-
Red light 4%-10
• Flashing red light 1% - 3% -
In standby mode, the unit switches off after 1 minute.
- Warning: The battery cannot be charged continuously, as this could easily damage it. Unplug the device as soon as the battery is fully charged.
- During charging, the light indicates the status:
- Red light - battery charging, current status 0-30%.
- Green flashing light - battery charging, current status 31-99%.
- Green light - battery charged, disconnect from power supply
06. SILICONE TIPS
- 2mm tip- designed for children from birth to 2 years of age
- 3mm tip - for children from 2 to 6 years of age
07. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Assemble the device according to the instructions in the "installation" section. Make sure the container and silicone tip are correctly fitted to the aspirator.
- Press and hold the power/mode change button to switch the device on, then press it again to change the suction level until the preferred mode is selected:
- Gentle mode- illuminated 1 power mode indicator light
• Medium mode- 2 power mode indicator lights illuminated
• Strong mode- 3 power mode indicator LEDs illuminated
- Before using the aspirator on your baby, test the strength of the device on
the top of your hand.

Hold the child upright and insert the aspirator tip into the nostril to seal the nostril. SEE FIG.B

Take care not to insert the aspirator tip too deeply into the nostril and not to press on the inner wall of the nostril.

Press and hold the start-stop button to aspirate and remove secretion. Suctioning only works when the start/stop button is held down.

Suction only for a few seconds in the nostril, then repeat as necessary.

To avoid eardrum pressure imbalance due to vacuum, children should not hold their breath, close their mouth or swallow while using this product.

Using when the container is full may result in flooding of the motor with secretions and damage to the device. Always empty the container if you see the waste in the container approaching the MAX line. SEE FIG.C

Always remove the container and clean after using the device. Putting the appliance down with a full container may cause secretions to overflow and be drawn into the device the next time it is started.

In standby mode the unit switches off automatically after 1 minute. NOTE: Regular use of saline and/or seawater for nasal cleansing and moisturising may help clear the nose. Read manufacturer's instructions or consult your doctor before using.
08. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The tips and the secretion container must be removed from the device and washed separately. They should be rinsed under running water with a toothbrush and mild detergent.

The tips and the container can be disinfected in water at 100^ C for no longer than 10 minutes.

Always wash the silicone tip and container after use.
-
Make sure all parts of the device are dry before reassembling to prevent the build-up of bacteria and flooding of the motor.

Do not use abrasive materials or caustic cleaners when cleaning the device. This may adversely affect its service life and performance.

Switch off the device while cleaning.
-
Do not immerse the device under water.
-
Clean the aspirator base only with a clean, damp cloth.
