- All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.
- WARNING: incorrect or improper use can be dangerous for the user and damage the appliance. Use the appliance only for the purposes described in this manual.
- Make sure the ingredients do not exceed the 600-ml mark on the surface of the blending container.
- The appliance is not intended to be used by children. Keep this appliance and its power cable out of their reach.
- The appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children must not play with the device.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the device rating label and that the plug is earthed.
- Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other non-removable part of the device in water or any other liquid or expose electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the device.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. If the
cable is damaged, it must be repaired by the official Cecotec Technical Support Service to avoid any type of danger.
- Do not use the product outdoors, close to electric plates, gas, flames, or inside an oven.
- Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cable. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow the cable to touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cable hang over the edge of the working surface or worktop.
- Do not plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and make sure it is unplugged before disassembling the appliance or handling its blade.
- Do not use the hand blender with hot food.
- Do not insert utensils into the product during operation to reduce the risk of splashing or injury. Please handle it with care.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

Before using the appliance for the first time, thoroughly clean the parts which will come into contact with food.
ENGLISH
- Before processing hot food, allow it to cool down (maximum temperature 60^ ).
- Cut larger foods into pieces of about 2cm before processing them.
- Always place the device and its containers on a flat surface.
3. OPERATION
Hand blender
The hand blender is designed to:
- Mix liquids, e.g., dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, cocktails, and smoothies.

Grind soft ingredients, e.g., puree with cooked ingredients, such as baby food. Fig. 2

Attach the blender arm to the motor unit and turn it until it locks into place.
- Put the ingredients into the measuring cup.
- Immerse the blender arm in the cup until the blade protection is completely covered by the ingredients.
- Press the low speed or the Turbo button to switch on the appliance.
- Slowly move the appliance up and down and in circles to mix the ingredients.
Food chopper
- The chopper is designed to chop foods such as nuts, meat, onions, cured cheese, hard-boiled eggs, garlic, spices, stale bread, etc.
Caution: the blades are very sharp. So be careful when handling them. Take special care when removing the blades from the chopper bowl, when emptying the chopper and during cleaning. Fig. 3
- Insert the blades into the chopper container.
- Then, put the ingredients into the container.
- Place the chopper coupling in the container.
- Attach the motor unit to the chopper coupling and turn it until it locks into place.

Press the low speed or the Turbo button to switch on the appliance.

If the ingredients stick to the wall of the chopper container, remove them by adding some liquid or with the help of a spatula.
- Allow the appliance to cool down each time you chop meat.
Balloon whisk
-
Only use the whisk for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing cake and dessert mixes. Fig. 4

Insert the whisk into the coupling and then attach it to the motor unit, turning it until it fits into place.

Insert the whisk into a container and only then press the speed button to start it up.
- To release the whisk coupling from the motor unit, press the tabs. Next, remove the whisk from the coupling.
To obtain better results
Instead of using a measuring cup, use a bigger container.
- Start with a low speed.
- Move the whisk by holding it at a slight angle.
- Whip only up to 400ml of cold cream (min. 30% fat, 4-8°C).
- Whisk only a maximum of 4 egg whites.

As ingredients differ in origin, size, shape, and brand, we cannot guarantee the best setting for the ingredients that you are using. If you consider it necessary, modify the times and/or quantities.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
- Do not put the blender arm in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.
- After processing very salty food, rinse the blades with water immediately.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outside of the hand blender.
- Wash the blender measuring cup, chopper container, chopper blade unit and its coupling in the dishwasher or in hot water with a little washing-up liquid. Dry and store accessories in a dry and safe place.
- Please handle the blades carefully, they are very sharp.
Cleaning the blades
To clean the blending shaft properly, place 300ml of lukewarm water in the blender jug with a little dishwashing soap, insert the blending shaft into the soapy water up to the bottom of the blender jug, and run the blender in turbo mode in 10-second intervals. Empty the contents of the blender jug and refill it with 300ml of clean water and repeat the same operation for rinsing. Repeat this process if necessary. Be cautious of splashes.
