1. Precautions and safety instructions

A. Precautions while operating the unit:

- Before using the unit, put it on a flat surface and make sure there is nothing blocking the internal air ventilator.

- The longest using time shall not exceed 48 hours in order to maximize the product life time.

- When the machine is working, flammable materials must not be within an area of 2 meters around the unit.

- While drying, let the hot air flow freely, do not place excessive weight on the racks, and the food should not be piled up. Different foods have different drying time. (Note: Before switching the machine on, make sure that the shelves are at the right position. If the food cannot be finished drying within 48 hours, continue drying another day. In the meantime, keep the un-finished food in sealed bags to avoid humidity.)

- When the machine is working, the temperature closer the internal air ventilator will be higher than other locations. To dry the food evenly, change the position of the layers occasionally.

- When the drying is finished but you will not use the dried food immediately, put the dried food into sealed bags and keep them refrigerated.

- When you do not intend to use the machine for long periods of time, clean up the racks after removing them from the machine. The racks can be washed or immersed in water, If there is food which cannot be cleaned off easily, dip the shelves in clean water and then wash them again.

B. Safety Instructions

● To use the machine safely, read this manual carefully and completely before first use.

● This machine is intended for domestic use only.

- This machine cannot be operated with an external timer or with a remote control system.

- This machine must be kept out of reach from children. Look after children and persons with lack of mental abilities or user experience, and do not allow them to use this machine.

● This dehydrator must stay under human supervision when running.

- Put the food on the clean and dry rack and do not let water drop on the heating elements to avoid electrical shortcuts.

- Do not pile too much food on the racks, or the drying time and drying effect will be influenced.

- Make sure the machine is connected to a safe electrical outlet which is marked with the correct voltage and power.

- Avoid sharing the socket with other devices with high power consumption while using the machine.

- The working unit will produce high temperature. Therefore be careful with the hot air ventilation to avoid scalding.

C. Prohibited actions:

• Do not use the dehydrator when its main body, power cable, or plug is damaged.
• Do not check by yourself a faulty machine or change the machine's structure without professional instruction and supervision.
• Do not use chemicals to clean the machine.
• Do not soak the machine into water to clean it, and do not clean the main body's surface with water.
• Do not move the machine while it is running.
• When the ventilation is stopped (and no air flow comes out), immediately unplug the machine.
• Do not repair the machine by yourself when it is shortcut or broken.

2. Product cleaning, repair and maintenance

● Before cleaning, the user must unplug the machine and wait until the unit cools down.
- After the food is finished drying, remove the trays and wash them with warm water. Use soft cotton or detergents when needed, and then wipe it dry. Corrosive chemical cleaners may not be used. Do not clean with chemicals or hard metal mesh because those methods will harm the machine's surface, reducing its lifetime and/or causing hidden safety hazards.
- When the machine is not being used for a long time, clean it and store it inside the original box in a cool place with good ventilation to avoid humidity.

- It is very convenient to make natural food with rich flavor for individual or family.
● Dried food is easier to keep. Dried food contains minerals and nutrition.
● You can set different temperatures according for different foods.
- Select different numbers of trays based on your needs.

4. Operating instructions

- Press the on/off button 📄 to turn the machine on.

- Press the timer button TIME to activate the timer setting.

- Press the + or - buttons to set the desired drying duration. After 5 seconds without operation, the time will be set automatically.

- Press the temperature button to activate the temperature setting.

- Press the + and - buttons to set the desired temperature (between 35°C and 85°C). After 5 seconds without operation, the temperature will be set automatically.

● The dehydration will start automatically after the above setting is finished.

5. Food preparation and drying management

A. Fruit

● Clean the fruit and remove any unedible parts.

- Cut the fruit into pieces. To avoid oxidation and color change, you can immerse the fruit pieces in lemon juice, salty water or pineapple juice for 10mins, dry them with a kitchen towel, then dehydrate them.

- If you want the fruit to have a special aroma, you can add cinnamon powder, coconut powder or coconut oil to it.

B. Vegetables: Choose any of the following methods.

- Steam the vegetables like green beans, cauliflower, asparagus, potatoes and so on, or cover them in oil.

- Put the prepared vegetables into boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain them and then put them on the drying layers.

● Put the vegetables into lemon juice for 2 minutes.

C. Meat

● Cut the meat into pieces or strips, keep the pieces thin and small.

● Boil the meat in water and drain it before drying.

● Marinade the meat for two hours, then steam or boil it.

● The meat can be dehydrated after being drained.

D. Herbs and flowers

- Dry fresh leaves.

● After they are dried, keep them in a paper bags or sealed bottles in a cool place.

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

The components are quality products. They were designed taking into consideration the latest technical knowledge, and carefully constructed using a standard, good quality material.

The warranty period is 24 months from the time of handover, which must be confirmed through a sales receipt, invoice or delivery note. Within the warranty period, any functional defects in the components will be fixed by our customer service team if these can be shown to be the result of a material defect that has arisen despite prudent handling in accordance with our operating instructions.

The warranty will include repairing defective parts or providing properly functioning replacements free of charge and at our discretion. Any parts that are replaced will become our property. The repair or replacement of individual parts does not result in an extension to the warranty period, nor is there a new warranty period for the specific components affected. There is no separate warranty period for built-in spare parts. We offer no warranty for damage or defects affecting components or their parts if these are caused by excessive use, or incorrect handling or maintenance. The same applies for failure to follow the operating instructions and for the installation of spare parts or accessories not listed in our range. Warranty claims shall be void in the event of interference or modifications to components by unauthorised individuals.
