How to connect the tablet to the robot via WiFi?

Open the tablet's WiFi settings, search for the network named PIPE-Robot-19 and enter the default password 12345678. Then, launch the robot app and press GO.

What to do if the robot does not turn on?

First, check that the power supply is properly connected (110-240V). Make sure the main switch is on and the emergency stop button is not locked. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to adjust the robot's speed?

Use the speed level switch (high, medium, low) on the tablet's control interface. The speed ranges from 2 to 25 meters per minute.

Why is the camera image not appearing?

Check that the cable is properly connected and the interface is locked. Try switching between the front and rear cameras. If no image appears, restart the tablet and the robot.

How to clean the robot after use?

Clean the body with a dry cloth. Do not pull on the cable during cleaning. Keep the cable roller bearing clean and lubricated. Store the device in a dry place.

What is the maximum cable length?

The WR030-120 model is equipped with a 120-meter cable. The cable is tensile, scratch and corrosion resistant.

Can the robot operate in small diameter pipes?

Yes, the robot is designed for pipes with a diameter of 300 mm or more. It can operate in wet and slippery environments thanks to its anti-slip tires.

How to use the distance meter?

The meter is electronic and displayed on the tablet interface. You can reset the meter by pressing the reset button. The distance traveled also appears in the screenshots.

What to do if the robot does not respond to the remote control?

Check the WiFi connection between the tablet and the robot. Restart the tablet and reconnect to the WiFi network. If the problem persists, restart the robot.

Is the robot waterproof?

Yes, the robot body is rated IP68, meaning it is protected against prolonged immersion in water. However, the power supply unit is not waterproof, keep it dry.

Operation and Use

Preparation and Inspection Before Use:

1. Connect the robot machine with the winch and lock it tightly.
2. Make sure that the front camera horizontal, axial automatic reset function zoom function is normal.
3. Make sure to switch between front and rear cameras is normal.
4. Make main light and auxiliary light are adjusted properly.
5. Make robot machine can flexibly go forward, backward, turn left and right.
6. Make cable to release and retract properly.
7. Make sure to press the emergency stop button to shut down the robot.

Operating procedures, methods, precautions and prevention measures for errors during startup and use:

1. Hang the robot machine to the sling, the body should be kept horizontal and slowly downward, and avoid shaking and friction to damage device. Let car body horizontally and slowly landing, head up, tail down. When the body landed, remove the sling.
2. Start the control system, control the vehicle slowly forward, move the cable to the pipe entrance and fix it.
3. Turn on the main light and auxiliary light, and adjust to meet the image requirements.
4. After the cable transmission is normal, the vehicle speed can be adjusted according to the detective requirements.
5. During the process, pay close attention to the state of various parameters, especially the information of vehicle tilt state, to prevent the vehicle from overturning.
6. When the vehicle is retreating, turn on rear-view camera, and the cable winding machine speed should be matched with the reverse key to slow down speed and retract cable.
7. When turning in the pipe, drive slowly to prevent rollover.
8. After the inspection, stop the robot machine in an appropriate position, has the sling hanger on the robot, and slowly lift it.
