How to connect the tablet to the robot via WiFi?

Turn on WiFi on the tablet, search for the network named PIPE-Robot-19, enter the default password 12345678 then connect. Launch the robot program icon and click GO to access the control interface.

How to adjust the front camera?

The front camera is mounted on a Pan-Tilt system. You can rotate it horizontally 360° (infinite constant speed) and vertically ±90° using the rotation buttons. The camera height is adjusted by loosening the screw, adjusting the position, then tightening the screw.

How to change the robot speed?

Use the level switch located in the control interface. You can select three levels: high, medium, or low, corresponding to a speed of 2 to 25 m/min.

What to do if the screen shows no image?

First check that the camera connection interface is properly locked. Then switch cameras (front/rear) to see if the image appears. If the problem persists, restart the device and the tablet.

What maintenance is recommended after use?

Clean the robot body with a dry cloth (do not pull the cable). Disconnect the cable connector after cutting the power. Regularly clean the cable roller bearing to keep it clean and lubricated. Store the device in a dry place, optionally with a desiccant.

What are the power specifications?

The robot can be powered by 110-120 V or 220-240 V depending on the version. Backup inverter power is also compatible. Ensure the plug is properly connected and the main switch is on.

Is the robot waterproof?

Yes, the robot has a waterproof rating of IP68, making it suitable for prolonged immersion. However, the power supply unit is not waterproof and must be kept dry.

How to use the winch and cable counter?

The winch is fully metal with automatic winding. To unwind the cable, open the brake by turning the lever 90°. To wind it, turn the handle clockwise while gently pulling the cable. The electronic meter displays the distance in real time and can be reset via the dedicated button.

What are the essential safety precautions?

Read the manual carefully before use. Do not drop the robot, do not use it if there is unusual noise or smell. Turn off the power when installing, cleaning, or repairing. Keep hands and plug dry. Do not disassemble the device as it will void the warranty. Use the emergency stop button if needed.

Operation and Use

Preparation and Inspection Before Use:

1. Connect the robot machine with the winch and lock it tightly.
2. Make sure that the front camera horizontal, axial automatic reset function zoom function is normal.
3. Make sure to switch between front and rear cameras is normal.
4. Make main light and auxiliary light are adjusted properly.
5. Make robot machine can flexibly go forward, backward, turn left and right.
6. Make cable to release and retract properly.
7. Make sure to press the emergency stop button to shut down the robot s;

Operating procedures, methods, precautions and prevention measures for errors during startup and use:

1. Hanging the robot machine to the sling, the body should be kept horizont and slowly downward, and avoid shaking and friction to damage device. Let car body horizontally and slowly landing, head up, tail down. When the body landed, remove the sling.
2. Start the control system, control the vehicle slowly forward, move the cable the pipe entrance and fix it.
3. Turn on the main light and auxiliary light, and adjust to meet the image requirements.
4. After the cable transmission is normal, the vehicle speed can be adjusted according to the detective requirements.
5. During the process, pay close attention to the state of various parameters, especially the information of vehicle tilt state, to prevent the vehicle from overturning.
6. When the vehicle is retreating, turn on rear-view camera, and the cable winding machine speed should be match with the reverse key to slow down speed and retract cable.
7. When turning in the pipe, drive slowly to prevent rollover.
8. After the inspection, stop the robot machine in an appropriate position, has the sling hanger on the robot, and slowly lift it.
