How to install the base on a concrete floor?

Mark 6 points through the holes of the base, drill with a 29/64 inch (11.5 mm) drill bit to a depth of 65 mm, insert the serrated expansion sleeves, place the washers and screw with the self-tapping screws.

How many screws are provided to fix the base?

The kit includes 24 self-tapping screws (F) to fix the base and 32 wood screws (I) to fix the post.

What tools are needed for assembly?

A crosshead screwdriver is recommended. If you use power tools, set them to low speed. A wrench (J) is provided to turn the screws.

What is the maximum weight supported by the base?

INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Mark 6 points on the ground through 6 holes at the bottom surface base; Drilling in the marking position using a 29 / 64" Drill Bit; The dept the hole was 65 ~mm .
2. Install the 6 Serrated Expansion Sleeve G into the finished holes.
3. Put the washer H into the screw and secure the base in the expa screw with 6 screws F.
4. Install the wood to the base and hold the wood to the side with 8 I; We suggest that the cross section of the wooden square should be 0.1 inch smaller than Internal cavity size of square tube.
