What is the capacity of this system?

How do I know when to replace the resin?

Use the built-in TDS meter. When the output value reaches 25-30 ppm, it is time to replace the resin.

Can I drink the produced water?

No, this water is deionized and not potable. Prolonged consumption can deprive the body of essential minerals. Use it only for car washing.

What water pressure is required?

The recommended inlet pressure is 0.4 to 0.6 MPa (4 to 6 bar), with a maximum of 75 psi (5.2 bar). Do not exceed this limit.

How to install the TDS detection housing?

Insert the connector of the housing into the connector on the bottle body, then remove the adhesive tape on the back and stick the housing in a suitable location.

How to purge the system before first use?

Slowly open the cold water supply and let the water flow into a bucket or drain until the flow stabilizes. Do not connect the sprayer before this step.

Can I use hot water?

No, the system is designed only for cold water. The operating temperature is 4 to 45 °C. Using hot water will damage the resin.

Is the cart included with this model?

No, the JY-DI-02EU7 model is not supplied with a cart. Only the JY-DI-02EU3 and JY-DI-02US4 models include a cart.

How to replace the resin?

Turn off the water, release the pressure, unscrew the housing with the filter wrench, remove the old resin (4 L), clean the housing, then load the new mixed bed resin. Replace the housing and tighten.

What to do in case of a leak?

Check that the O-rings are properly placed and that the connections are tight. Use the supplied sealing tape on the threads. Ensure the pressure does not exceed 75 psi.

MAINTENANCE

The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of water from this car wash system should be tested regularly to verify that the system is performing properly. If you notice a dramatic increase (—30 ppm) in the TDS value, it would be time to get your filter replaced. When the rinsing is finished, leave the remaining water in the filter housings to keep the deionization filters from drying out.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pipeline installation

1. Remove the inlet and outlet protective covers.

1. Install the three-way valve, wrap the Waterproof tape around the external thread, and tighten it.

1. Install Overcurrent pipe, wrap Waterproof tape around the external thread, and tighten.

1. Install Inlet hose, wrap Waterproof tape around the external thread, and tighten.

5. Complete pipeline installation.

Slowly turn on the cold-water supply and check for leaks.

Flush the system into a bucket or drain, don't link to sprayer before use.

Wait for the outlet water flow rate to become stable, and then shut cold-water supply. The system is now ready for use.

1. JY-DI-02EU3/JY-DI-02EU72 models are equipped with two European standard pacifiers, which can be selected according to on-site needs.

TDS detection box installation

1. Insert the TDS detection box connector into the body of the bottle connector.

1. Tear off the adhesive tape on the back of the TDS detection box and stick it in the appropriate position.

Cart installation

1. Assemble the Cart main pole and Caster wheels as shown in the diagram, using M8 hex screws and nuts.

1. Install the T-bar as shown in the diagram and use M8 hexagon screws and nuts.

1. Install the L-bar as shown in the diagram and use M8 hexagon screws and nuts.

1. Install the Body of the bottle onto the cart as shown in the diagram, using M8 hex screws and nuts.

1. Install the Buckle as shown in the diagram, securing the Body of bottle onto the cart.

DUAL OUTLET MODE ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The product can be set to purification mode and straight through mode (non purification), and the direction of the corresponding three-way valve switch is shown in the following diagram:

TDS DETECTION BOX USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

As shown in the icon, after installing the TDS detection box, turn the switch to "OUT", and if there is water in the pipeline, it will be displayed in time.

MIXED BED RESIN REPLACEMENT

1. Shut off the cold-water supply, relieve pressure by turning on the water and squeezing your sprayer trigger until water stops flowing. Place a bucket or towel under the system to catch any water spills. Use hot and scent-free dish soap (optional) to clean the filter housing if needed. Rinse thoroughly.

Use the filter wrench to unscrew the filter housing in the direction shown in the diagram.

1. Remove the filter element, unscrew the filter element cover, and remove the mixed bed resin.

1. Load a new mixed bed resin with a capacity of 4L per bottle.

1. Place the filter cartridges into the housings (pre-installed). Ensure that they are centered and the knob protruding from the bottom of the housing fits into the central hole of the filter.

Make sure the O-ring is seated inside the groove on top of the filter housing.

Screw the filter housings, with the filter inside, onto the housing caps (caps pre-assembled on the machine stand) in a counterclockwise direction (shown in the following diagram). The housing cap has a center knob that should be inserted into the center hole of the filter cartridge. Twist the housing on by hand, then use the housing wrench to tighten it another 1/4-1/2 of a turn. Do not over tighten.

1. Turn on the cold-water supply. Flush the system into a bucket.
2. Wait for the outlet water flow rate to become stable, and then shut off the cold-water supply. The replacement is now complete.
