Assembly precautions

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly c create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly and using.
3. Keep assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol drugs or medication.
6. Product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only.
7. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap separate all parts in a clean work area. Please keep small spare pa of children's reach.
8. Assemble and use this product ONLY in accordance with these instructions and for its intended purpose of bearing removal and bear housing separation.
9. DO NOT overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
10. Maintain this product. Check for misalignment, binding, wear, or damage before use. If any damage is detected, repair or replace the problematic components before further use.

OPERATION

CAUTION:

1, this product is a manual tool, do not use (electric or pneumatic) impact wrench for screw operation, there is a rise in damage to the pulling head.
2, it is recommended to add lubricating oil on the screw bed, disassembling the bearing, and spray rust remoster (such as WD-40) on the disassembled bearing for adequate lubrication, is recommended to stand for more than 30 minutes after spraying before disassembling.

1. Select the appropriate chuck according to the bearing hole size.(Select part: B/F/G/H/I/J/L/M/N/O)

1. Use two wrench to expand the ch to roughly clamp the bearing inner hole.(Wrench is not included in this product)

1. Screw the hammer in the clamp connection thread.(Select part: P )

2. The sliding hammer strikes the be out.

FOR LARGE INTERFERENCE BEARING OR SLEEVE

1. Install bracket(part: A) chuck head and tighten.

2. Use a wrench to twist the brack and the bearing or sleeve will be pulled out.

MAINTENANCE

• Clean these tools with a clean moist cloth after each use. Do not caustic chemicals or harsh abrasives. Rinse entirely clean and allow t to dry completely before further use.
  ● Lubricate attachments as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Replace components if their threading begins to wear and cannot be used smoothly and safely.
