How to change the rotation direction of the turntable?

Use the forward/reverse switch (7A on the diagram). Always stop the motor before changing direction to avoid damage.

What to do if the machine does not start?

First check that the power plug is properly connected. Then ensure the leakage protector (8) is activated (indicator light on). If the light is off, press the reset button.

Can the pedal and screen be used at the same time?

Yes, you can choose the speed control mode: manual via the touch screen or regulation pedal. Switch 7B allows toggling between the two.

How to clean the turntable and splash pan after use?

Remove clay residues, then wipe the turntable and pan with a dry towel. Never rinse with water to avoid oxidation and infiltration.

What to do if water leaks from the splash pan?

Check that the pan is properly installed and the water level does not exceed the sealing edge. If necessary, readjust the pan.

Why does my clay crack during turning?

This may be due to excessive force when lifting or speed too slow for the shaping. Try to lift the clay evenly and reduce speed.

How to test the leakage protector?

Press the test button (8A) once a month. If the indicator goes off, the protector works normally. Then press the reset button to restore power.

The machine makes an abnormal noise, what to check?

Ensure the splash pan is not in contact with the turntable. Also check that the machine is level (adjust the feet) and that fasteners are not loose.

What tools are included with the wheel?

A set of 8 tools: clay cutting wire, small yellow sponge, wooden knife, wooden scraper, stainless steel scraper, large circular flat wire knife, steel needle, ribbon flat wire knife. They are used to cut, shape and smooth clay.

Can I use the wheel outdoors?

No, this equipment is designed for indoor use only, on a cool, ventilated, dry and flat floor. Exposure to moisture or water could damage electrical components.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE

1. This equipment is only applicable to ceramic drawings and cannot be used for other purposes. Do not use the equipment brutally.

A (Clay cutting line): Assists in precisely cutting clay (cutting surface is very smooth), repairing and leveling the mouth of the work, and taking away the finished product.

D (Wooden scraper): Trims the opening or shape and removes excess clay on the surface to make it smooth.

NOTE: After the work, please clean the sludge on the turntable and in time, and wipe it with a dry towel to avoid oxidation on the surface of the turntable!

OPERATING STEPS

Step1: Take out a proper amount of clay, throw the mud ball in the center wheel, and press it (wet your hands).

Step2: Plug in the power (If the water basin is not installed, install the water first).

Step3: Turn on the switch and choose the direction of forward (clockwise)/rev (counterclockwise) rotation according to your needs.

Step4: Adjust the speed and start clay molding with tools (You can also choose to pedal the speed control).

Step5: Clay-mold repairs with tools.

Step6: Creative painting and coloring can be carried out according to their own needs.

After the work is completed, stop the machine in reverse order.

Remove the molding with a scraper/clay cutting line.

Place in a cool place for a period of time before firing.

TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTION
