What is the maximum clay capacity for the Vevor YT-19?

The maximum clay load is 3 kg. It is important not to exceed this limit to avoid damaging the motor.

How to change the rotation direction of the plate?

Use the forward/reverse switch (7A) located on the control panel. Do not change direction while the motor is running, stop the machine first.

Can the speed be adjusted?

Yes, the speed is adjusted via the regulation pedal or the + and - buttons on the touch screen (7C/7D). The range is 0 to 300 rpm.

What to do if the machine does not start?

First check that the power plug is properly connected. Then ensure the leakage protector (8) is activated (indicator light on). If the protector has tripped, press the reset button.

How to prevent clay from becoming off-center?

Place the palm of your left hand at the eight o'clock position on the plate and apply oblique downward pressure with uniform force. Keep hands steady and avoid shaking.

What tools are included with the Vevor YT-19 wheel?

The set includes 8 tools: a clay cutting line, a small yellow sponge, a wooden knife, a wooden scraper, a stainless steel scraper, a large flat wire circular knife, a steel needle, and a ribbon flat wire knife.

How to maintain the turntable?

After each use, clean the mud on the plate and basin, then wipe with a dry towel to prevent oxidation of the aluminum surface.

What to do if the water basin leaks?

Check that the water does not exceed the sealing edge of the basin. Ensure the water basin is properly installed and there is no overflow.

Is it possible to use the wheel outdoors?

No, the device is designed for indoor use only. Place it on a cool, ventilated, dry, and flat floor.

How to test the leakage protector?

Press the test button (8A) once a month. The indicator light should go out. To restore power, first eliminate any leakage risk, then press the reset button (8B).

NOTE: After the work, please clean the sludge on the turntable in time, and wipe it with a dry towel to avoid oxidation on the surface of the turntable!

OPERATING STEPS

Step 1: Take out a proper amount of clay, throw the mud ball in the center wheel, and press it (wet your hands).

Step 2: Plug in the power (If the water basin is not installed, install the water first).

Step 3: Turn on the switch and choose the direction of forward (clockwise)/reverse (counterclockwise) rotation according to your needs.

Step 4: Adjust the speed and start clay molding with tools (You can also choose to pedal the speed control).

Step 5: Clay-mold repairs with tools.

Step 6: Creative painting and coloring can be carried out according to their own needs.

After the work is completed, stop the machine in reverse order.

Remove the molding with a scraper/clay cutting line.

Place in a cool place for a period of time before firing.

TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTION
