What to do if the wheel does not start?

First check that the power plug is properly inserted and the leakage protector is activated (light on). Press the reset button if necessary.

How to adjust the speed?

Use the touchscreen to increase or decrease the speed, or use the speed control pedal for gradual control. The range is 50 to 300 RPM.

How to change the rotation direction?

First stop the motor completely, then use the forward/reverse switch to select clockwise or counterclockwise. Never change direction while the motor is running.

The machine vibrates, what to do?

Make sure the machine is placed on a perfectly flat floor. Adjust the four feet of the machine to stabilize it.

The turntable makes noise, possible cause?

Check if the water basin is rubbing against the platter. Make sure the basin is properly installed and centered.

How to clean the wheel after use?

Clean clay residues on the turntable and basin with a dry towel. Never rinse directly with water to avoid damaging the motor and electrical components.

The water basin leaks, what to check?

Check that the water level does not exceed the sealing edge of the basin. Also ensure the basin is properly installed and clipped.

What is the maximum clay load?

The maximum payload is 3 kg for model YT-01. Do not exceed this limit to avoid motor overload.

How to use the leakage protector?

Press the test button (8A) once a month to check proper operation. The light should turn off and then turn back on after pressing the reset button (8B).

The clay cracks or goes off-center, how to correct?

To avoid cracks, lift the clay with uniform and gradual force. For centering, place your left palm at the eight o'clock position on the platter and apply steady downward oblique pressure.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE

1. This equipment is only applicable to ceramic drawings and cannot be used for other purposes. Do not use the equipment roughly.

9. D (Wooden scraper): Trim the opening and shape, and remove excess clay on the surface to make it smooth.

E (Stainless steel scraper): Remove excess clay on the surface to make it smooth.

F (Circular large flat wire knife): Trim the surface of the vessel, control the thickness, and trim out the bottom ring foot.

G (Steel needle): Scrape off excess clay from the mouth edge, remove air bubbles, and punch holes.

NOTE: After the work, please clean the sludge on the turntable in time, and wipe it with a dry towel to avoid oxidation on the surface of the turntable!

OPERATING STEPS

Step 1: Take out a proper amount of clay, throw the mud ball in the center of the wheel, and press it (wet your hands).

Step 2: Plug in the power (If the water basin is not installed, install the water first).

Step 3: Turn on the switch and choose the direction of forward (clockwise) or reverse (counterclockwise) rotation according to your needs.

Step 4: Adjust the speed and start clay molding with tools (You can also choose to pedal the speed control).

Step 5: Clay-mold repairs with tools.

Step 6: Creative painting and coloring can be carried out according to your own needs.

After the work is completed, stop the machine in reverse order.

Remove the molding with a scraper/clay cutting line.

Place in a cool place for a period of time before firing.

TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTION
