How to install the hitch?

Insert the channel bracket into the vehicle's receiver and secure it with the hitch pin. Determine the correct ball height by leveling the trailer and measuring from the bottom of the coupler to the ground. Place the upper pin of the double ball into the corresponding hole on the bracket, then install the safety locks and the cap.

Can I use a pin other than the one provided by the manufacturer?

No, using a non-compliant pin can severely compromise safety and will void the warranty. Use only original pins.

Do I need to use safety chains?

Yes, it is highly recommended to install safety chains between the vehicle and the trailer. Ensure they operate freely around the hitch without tangling.

How to determine the correct ball height?

Level the trailer horizontally. Measure the distance between the bottom of the trailer coupler and the ground. Choose the hole on the channel bracket closest to this measurement. The upper pin of the double ball should fit into this hole.

What if the safety lock rattles after installation?

The safety locks are equipped with 4 rubber rings to prevent play. If rattling persists, you can remove one or more rings as needed for a perfect fit.

How often should I inspect the hitch?

Inspect before each use the bolts, pins, and general condition of the hitch. Check for wear, cracks, or any damage. Replace defective parts immediately.

The ratings of the mounting system are intended to repressor product's capability and in no way reflect the ratings or capacity of tl towing system it is being used with. 2. Use of any pin other than that of the mount system manufacturer be a serious safety hazard and will void the warranty. Never hook u safety chains to the mounting system.
3. Installing a safety chain between the vehicle and accessories is high recommended.
4. Be aware of the danger of “dynamic loading.” This situation arises a load is dropped onto the product, resulting in an excessive short-te load. Dynamic loading can damage and fail the product and/or the attached accessory and cause personal injury to people nearby.
5. Ensure the safety chains operate freely around the mounting system and do not become entangled.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Step 1:

Insert into the Trailer Hitch Begin by installing the channel mount (#1 the trailer hitch receiver. Then, secure it with the hitch pin (#5).

Step 2:

Determine Required Ball Height Determine the proper ball height by leveling the trailer and measuring from the bottom of the trailer tongue the ground. See below.

Find the hole closest to that measurement on the channel mount (#1 top pin of the dual-ball (#2) will go in that hole. Secure all security and plug (#4) with the hitch pins (#5).

INSTALLATION DETAILS

1. A shock-absorbing pad is installed on the back of the dual ball h (installed at the factory and does not need to be installed by the us ensure that the product will not make abnormal noise when the vehic

driving.

1. To prevent the security lock from shaking after installation, the sec lock is equipped with 4 rubber rings. The installation may not require rubber rings, and some can be removed as needed.

1. There are 4 silencer pads in the accessories; choose the correspo quantity according to the installation needs.

MAINTENANCE

1. Check bolts and safety pins regularly. Inspect all equipment for loc worn parts before each use and replace or tighten as needed.
2. Do not overload.
3. Please clean up the product at a time when sand or gravel sticks
