How to install the blade on the plotter?

Assemble the blade into the blade holder. Loosen the adjustment nut, adjust the tip length according to the material thickness, then tighten. The tip should protrude just enough to cut without damaging the backing.

How to connect the plotter to a Windows computer?

Download the SignMaster CUT software from the link provided with the activation code. Install the software after disabling antivirus. Connect the plotter via USB, then in the software, select the model SK-870L and the direct USB port.

What to do if the cutting is not accurate?

First check that the blade is correctly installed and the tip is not dull. Then, in the user settings menu, adjust the X and Y axis offset values (PointX, PointY) for each blade. Use the automatic correction function if necessary.

Can I use another power adapter?

No, use only the adapter provided with the plotter. Using an incorrect adapter may cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the machine.

How to change the blade?

Press the pressure rod to release the used blade, then remove it. Insert a new blade into the blade holder. Never touch the tip with fingers to avoid injury and preserve sharpness.

Why does the plotter not cut after several attempts?

Check that the power switch is on and the power cable is plugged in. Ensure the material is correctly loaded and the pressure and speed are suitable. If the problem persists, restart the plotter after a 5-second shutdown.

How to adjust cutting speed and pressure?

On the control panel, use buttons P1 and P2 to adjust respectively speed (mm/s) and pressure (gf) for left and right blades. Recommended values vary by material: the thicker the material, the higher the pressure should be.

The plotter does not turn on, what to do?

Check that the power cord is properly connected and the outlet is powered. Check the fuse near the power inlet; if blown, replace with a fuse of the same rating. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

How to clean the plotter?

Unplug the plotter. Use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and cutting residues. Do not pour any liquid inside. Regularly clean the feeding rollers and the guide rail.

What does the activation code on the refrigerator sticker mean?

The activation code (PSN) is needed to download the SignMaster CUT software. It is on a sticker inside the box, often on a support resembling a refrigerator. Enter this code on the download site to get the software.

I .Precautions

1. Protective material must be removed before turning on the cutting plott
2. Check the label on the back side of the plotter to confirm that the voltage required by the plotter matches the voltage of the power base.
3. Firstly make sure that the power switch is off, then plug the power s into grounded power outlet.
4. Please do not touch the power cord with wet hands to avoid electric
5. Please only use the power cord, data cable provided with this product manufacturer-approved replacements.
6. Please do not drop metal objects and liquids into the machine to avo malfunction.
7. After shutting down, you must wait another 5 seconds to turn on the plotter again, otherwise it will cause damage to the cutting plotter.
8. In thunderstorms, turn the power switch to OFF and unplug the power
9. Please do not privately change the manufacturer's components.
