How to install the SC-PS14 food warmer display?

Place the unit on a stable and flat surface. Plug it into a grounded outlet. Remove all protective films. Assemble the provided parts (motor conversion shaft) using the screws indicated in the manual. Check that the power supply voltage matches your region (110-120V or 220-240V).

What is the holding temperature?

The thermostat maintains a temperature of approximately 65°C. The heating indicator turns off when this temperature is reached and automatically turns back on below a certain threshold, ensuring a constant temperature.

How to clean the unit?

Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a non-abrasive damp cloth. Never immerse the unit in water or use a water jet. Avoid solvents or corrosive products. The removable drip tray can be washed separately.

Can I use this unit at home?

No, this product is a commercial appliance intended for food display in catering. It is not designed for domestic use.

What to do if the temperature does not rise?

First check that the heating switch is on. If the green and red indicators are on but the temperature does not rise, the heating tube may be defective or poorly connected. Contact a professional to replace the tube or tighten the connections.

How to turn on the lighting?

Use the lighting switch on the control panel. The unit has two types of LEDs (cool white and warm white) to enhance food presentation.

The unit makes noise during operation, is that normal?

A slight noise from the gear motor is normal during rotation. If the noise becomes excessive or jerky, check that the conversion shaft is properly secured and that the turntable is not obstructed.

What are the important safety precautions?

The unit must be grounded imperatively. Do not touch hot surfaces without heat-resistant gloves. Do not shake or tilt the unit while in operation. Never disassemble the electrical housing yourself.

Warming Tips

To ensure that this product will not be scratched during transportation, a protective film is attached to the surface of the machine. Please tear off the protective films before use!

1. Instructions for use:

1. Must be safely grounded before use!
2. The voltage used must be consistent with the rated voltage.
3. The power indicator light is always on when the machine is powered.
4. When you need to turn on the heat preservation function, turn on the heating switch on the control panel. When the heating temperature reaches about 65°C, the machine will automatically turn off the heating function and the heating lamp will go out. When the temperature drops to a certain level, the heating function will be turned on again, and the heating lamp will stay on again. This cycle will achieve the constant temperature and heat preservation function.
5. During use, if you need lighting, you can turn on the lighting switch and the lights will turn on, which can improve the display effect.
6. When finished, the power must be cut off when cleaning to prevent accidents.
7. If any abnormality occurs during the process, you should stop using it and ask a professional to troubleshoot it before continuing to use it.
8. This product is not suitable for people (including children) with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
9. Since the temperature of the equipment is relatively high during operation, do not bring your hands or other parts of the body close to the surface of the machine to avoid burns or other injuries.

2. Precautions and maintenance:

2. Be careful when moving the machine. If there is a fault, it must be repaired by a professional. Do not knock it.
3. Please do not install and store this equipment in the following locations to avoid malfunction due to misoperation:
