1. Work area safety

a. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. b. Keep children and bystanders away while operating. Distractions will cause you to lose control.

2. Personal safety

a. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating the tool. Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the influence of alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating hydraulic tools can result in serious personal injury.

b. Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as dust masks, non-skid shoes, hard hats, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.

INTRODUCTION

The SD series integral pressure pipe tool is a professional pressure pipe for copper pipes. Before using this tool, please carefully read the user manual and usage requirements.

Feature

This product is powerful and easy to carry. The cylinder adopts high hardness aviation industry aluminum profiles to solve long-term load with for customers. The crimping pliers are easy to replace and operate.

Operation

The product head is equipped with a set of molds that can be replaced as Before use, prepare the pipe to be crimped, insert the crimping pliers, tighter oil return switch to the right, and use the movable handle to crimp. When tl indenter is compressed, the crimping is successful. It's best to loosen the oil valve on the left side.

INSTALLATION METHOD

Step 1: Take out the integral pipe pressing tool.

Step 2: Pull the right latch upwards.

Step 3: Pull out the right bolt.

Step 4: Put the crimping tong head in the middle.

Step 5: Put the plug back.

Step 6: Return the latch to the correct position.

▲CAUTION

Please do not knock any part of the tool; otherwise it is dangerous for the operator.

1. Select the appropriate die set. Ask an authorized facility or distributor to perform proper compression die set for crimping the fittings with pipe.

CAUTION

Don't operate the tool without dies.

1. Open the handles completely, press the latch to open the crimping head, the upper crimping die and the down crimping die by pressing the retaining clip to match the die holder when both die halves are in place.
2. Make sure both die halves are secured before operating the tool.
3. Fully insert the pipe into the fittings.
4. Place the connector in the crimping head. To lengthen the telescopic handle, adjust it to the suitable length and tighten the handles afterwards.
5. Close the handles. The connector is crimped when the dies touch together; crimping is completed when the handles are completely closed.
6. Open the handle completely and press the latch to open the head to remove the connector for the next cycle.

WARNING

Please remove the crimping die from the tool. Prolonged stress may damage the tool head.

The die type used is optional; choose the correct type to crimp different pipes. The size is marked on the surface of the die. If you require a special size or shape, please contact the distributor or manufacturer; they can custom-make dies according to detailed requirements.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING

Damaged equipment may cause serious personal injury. Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.

1. Before each use, inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, or any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
2. After use, clean the external surfaces of the tool with a clean, moist cloth. Apply anti-rust oil to the metal surfaces of the tool and the dies to prevent rust. Store the tool in a dry environment.
3. Service to the tool should only be performed by a qualified service technician.
