Frequently Asked Questions - QD-SSG03 Vevor

How to extend the telescopic lance?
To extend the lance, lift the lever locking rings (or loosen the gray knobs by turning them to L00SEN), then pull the lance to the desired length. Then lower the locks (or turn the knobs to FIX) to hold the position. Be careful not to overtighten the knobs.
How to retract the lance after use?
To retract the lance, loosen the clamps (or turn the knobs to L00SEN), slide the extension segment into the lance to the desired length, then secure the clamps (or turn to FIX). Make sure the lance is fully retracted before storing.
What to do in case of water leakage at the connection?
If a leak occurs at the thread, use the provided nylon tape by wrapping it around the thread before tightening. Also check that all connections are tight. If the leak persists, the hose may be loose or damaged.
Can I use this lance with any pressure washer?
The lance is compatible with most standard pressure washers equipped with a 3/8" quick connect or M22 inlet. It supports a maximum pressure of 4000 psi (275 bar) and a flow rate of 6.0 GPM. Make sure your pressure washer does not exceed these values.
What is the maximum pressure supported by the lance?
The maximum supported pressure is 4000 psi (275 bar). Never exceed this pressure to avoid damaging the lance or causing injury.
How to clean and maintain the lance?
After each use, clean the lance with a cloth or sponge and rinse it with tap water. Check that there are no loose or damaged parts. Fully retract the lance and store it in a dry, safe place out of reach of children.
Why is the lance not spraying?
If the lance is not spraying, the unit may be clogged. Try backflushing the unit with water. Also check that the nozzle is not clogged and that the trigger works properly. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Is it safe to use the lance on a ladder or scaffolding?
No, it is prohibited to use the lance on ladders or scaffolding. The kickback when triggering the trigger can cause loss of balance and serious falls. Always use the lance on the ground with good stability.
How to change the spray nozzle?
To change the nozzle, first stop the pressure washer and release pressure. Pull the collar on the extension to remove the current nozzle, then insert the new nozzle and release the collar. Never change the nozzle under pressure.
How to store the lance after use?
After use, release the pressure of the pressure washer. Fully retract the lance and clean it. Store it in a dry place, away from moisture and out of reach of children. Use the provided storage bag if available (not included with this model).
