SPECIFICATIONS
K72 independent four-jaw chuck, each jaw can rotate independently, and the jaws can be turned forward or backward.
Can process irregular products.
Caution
a) Do not add a tube on the wrench when clamping a workpiece to avoid the torque exceeding the limit, which will break the chuck. b) Do not clamp a workpiece in the maximum clamping range if possible. c) Do not run at the maximum speed when approaching the maximum clamping range. d) The chucks with "0" gear should be clamped at the last to ensure accuracy. e) Do not exceed the chuck's maximum speed during operation.
Maintenance and inspection
1. Chucks should be maintained while the machine tools are maintained. 2. Lubricate (at the grease cup) and clean (using compressed air) the chucks every day to maintain their accuracy and durability. 3. Wash and lubricate all working surfaces of the chucks at least once every year. When the usage frequency of the machine tool increases or under special operating conditions, increase the maintenance frequency of the chuck. For troubleshooting and measurement, see Table 5.
