How to assemble the sausage filler?

Place the machine on the edge of the table, secure it with the table clamps by turning them counterclockwise. Screw the handle onto the handlebar, then choose the appropriate tube and attach it with the large screw. Slide the casing onto the tube and tie a knot.

How to attach the machine to the table?

Turn the table clamps counterclockwise under the machine base. Tighten them firmly against the tabletop. The clamp screws should be at the bottom.

How to choose the right tube?

Use the tube that best matches the casing diameter. The machine comes with 4 tubes of different sizes. The wide end of the tube should be placed against the machine outlet.

How to fill the cylinder?

Turn the handle clockwise to extend the plunger from the cylinder. Tilt the cylinder upward and pour in the filling. Push with your hand to remove air. Lower the cylinder and insert the locking pin into the hole under the cylinder.

How to start filling sausages?

Turn the handle counterclockwise to push the filling through the tube and into the casing. Hold the casing to guide the filling. After use, clean immediately.

What if the plunger is stuck?

Make sure the filling has no large chunks or bones. If stuck, turn the handle in reverse to retract the plunger, then remove the filling and clean the cylinder. Also check that the locking pin is removed before lifting the cylinder.

How to clean the machine after use?

Remove the cylinder by turning the handle clockwise to extend the plunger, then remove the locking pin. Tilt the cylinder backward and lift it out. Clean the cylinder and tubes with warm water, a sponge, and mild detergent. Wipe the body with a damp cloth.

Can I wash the parts in the dishwasher?

No, it is not recommended to put the parts in the dishwasher as it may damage the surfaces. Always hand wash with warm water and dry immediately to prevent rust.

How to prevent rust during storage?

If the machine is not used for an extended period, lightly rub the metal parts with a little cooking oil to protect them from corrosion. Store in a dry place.

1. Children shall not play with the sausage machine. Warning!
2. Warning! Packaging materials are not a toy! Do not allow children to play with packaging materials as they pose a choking hazard if swallowed!
3. Place the sausage machine on an even and stable surface able to support the combined weight of the machine and its contents.
4. To ensure food safety, clean the sausage machine - especially the parts that have contact with foodstuff - before and after each use as described in this manual.

Installation

1. Place the sausage machine on the edge of a table. The filling of the cylinder should be on the right.
2. Attach the bottom of the sausage machine to the tabletop with the clamps by turning them anticlockwise. The screws of the clamps should be at the bottom.
3. Unscrew the big screw on the outlet of the sausage machine by turning it anticlockwise.

1. Attach the handle to the sausage machine by sliding its hole over the handle bar. Tighten the screw of the handle so that it sits in the hole of the handle bar.

5. Hold the wide end of the desired tube against the outlet and place the big screw over it. Turn it clockwise until the tube sits firmly on the outlet.

1. Slide the sausage casing over the tube and make a knot at the end.

1. Turn the handle clockwise to move the pusher out of the cylinder.
2. Tilt the cylinder up and fill in your sausage filling. Push the filling with your hand to remove air.
3. Move the cylinder down again. Push the locking pin through the hole under the cylinder to lock it in place.
4. Turn the handle anticlockwise to push the filling through the tube into the sausage casing.
5. After use, clean the sausage machine immediately as described in the manual.

Cleaning and maintenance

1. To remove the cylinder for cleaning, first turn the handle clockwise to move the pusher out of the cylinder. Remove the locking pin.

Then tilt the backside of the cylinder up, push it backward and pull it out.

1. Clean the cylinder and tubes in warm water with a soft sponge and detergent.
2. Clean the body of the machine with a soft damp cloth or sponge and detergent.
3. When the sausage machine is not used for a longer period of time, coat the parts with some cooking oil to avoid rust.
