IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

- Never exceed the Max Breaking Strength (MBS) of the Recover To Strap or the Working Load Limit (WLL) of shackles.
- It is important to correctly attach the Recover Tow Strap to a vehicle only attach the Recover Tow Strap to a vehicle recovery point or de that is suitably rated for use with the Recover Tow Strap. This designed Recover Tow Strap must not be used for lifting.

Ensure the Recover Tow Strap is not damaged and is in usable condition.
- The Recover Tow Strap strength and stretch are reduce when the Recover Tow Strap is saturated with water.
- Something like a recovery damper, heavy bag or blanket must be draped over the Kinetic Recovery Rope during use to reduce any unintentional rebound of the Recover Tow Strap.
- Only the drivers of the stranded and recovery vehicle should be in vehicles. Nobody else should be in or on those vehicles.
- While the Recover Tow Strap is being used, all bystanders must at least 1.5 times the length of the unstretched Recover Tow Strap 1 either of the vehicles involved in the recovery process: and never s themselves within the path of the vehicles involved in the recovery.
SET UP THE RECOVERY
Assess the circumstances of the stranded vehicle .if bottomed out, cle under the vehicle body so it rests on its wheels.
The recovery vehicle should be placed in line with the stranded vehicle more than 10s off the vehicle - line). CONNECT THE RECOVER TOW STRAP

Ensure the Recover Tow Strap does not contact hot surfaces or shared edges.
MAKE THE RECOVERY
1、Check all connections and move bystanders to a safe distance( at
1.5 times the un-stretched Recover Tow Strap length) and to the side, the recovery operation-never allow bystanders to remain in the line of recovery.
2、Gently accelerate, taking up the slack and proceeding at no faster
10-12mph, The stranded vehicle should be in 1 st gear (or 2nd Low the driver should assist the recovery by trying to drive out approxima seconds after the recovery vehicle commences to move.
3、if the vehicle is not recovered on the first attempt, check under
stranded vehicle,again , for obstacles , reset the slack ( about 2-3 m slack between the vehicles ) and increase the speed of the recovery vehicle.
NOTE :
a ) Recover Tow Strap require rest periods between use to allow a return to their original length and capacity
b) Excessive speed or continual jerking whilst using a Recover T Strap may result in damage to the recovery point, chassis and line of both vehicles.
4、When the stranded vehicle reaches the agreed point the driver of recovery vehicle should stop.
5、Where proper use of a Recover Tow Strap is unsuccessful, us appropriately sized recovery winch.
NOTE : Do not attempt to remove the Recover Tow Strap until I vehicles are stationary and secured .
GENERAL CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1、Check the full length of the Recover Tow Strap for nicks and cut and after use. If damaged, replace the Recover Tow Strap
2、Never allow your Recover Tow Strap to contact sharp or hot surf
and remove any twists & kinks
3、Foreign materials such as sand and grit can permanently damage
Recover Tow Strap fibers. Clean your Recover Tow Strap with warm and a mild detergent
4、When thoroughly dry, coil your Recover Tow Strap for storage.
5、inspect shackles for damage, if pins are hard to turn, it is likely shackle has been over-stressed and therefore. needs to be replaced.
6、Never use the rope as a lifting sling.
