SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND PRECAUTIONS

WARNING:

Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can re serious injury.

1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with this
2. Use as intended only. Do not stand on the product.
3. This product needs to be used with a forklift truck.
4. Never exceed the load capacity of the fork extenders.
5. When picking up a load, the load center should never exceed 50% fork extension.

OPERATION AS BELOW

1. Take out the extended fork cover, place it flat on the ground, and the distance between the forklift truck and the fork according to the goods.

2. Insert the ring of the extended fork cover into the fork of the fork through it. (Figure 1, Figure 2)

1. Push the extended fork cover directly to the bottom of the fork of forklift truck. (Figure 3, Figure 4)

1. Then place the lengthened fork cover horizontally on the fork of the forklift to complete the installation (Figure 5, Figure 6)

1. After the extension fork sleeve is installed, you can use the forklif pick up the goods normally.
