How to install the HX-3 fork extensions?

Remove the fork cover, lay it flat, adjust the distance between the trolley and the fork. Insert the ring of the fork cover into the fork, push down, then place horizontally. See figures in the manual.

What is the maximum load capacity of the HX-3 extensions?

The maximum capacity is 4000 lb (1.815 t) per pair. Never exceed this load.

Are the HX-3 extensions compatible with all forklifts?

They are designed for standard forklift forks. Check the inner width of 140 mm to ensure compatibility.

What is the material of the HX-3 extensions?

The extensions are made of robust steel to support heavy loads.

Can the HX-3 extensions be used on a mast forklift?

Yes, they are designed to be attached to the existing forks of the forklift, regardless of mast type.

How to maintain the fork extensions?

Clean after use to remove dirt and debris. Regularly inspect for any deformation, cracks, or excessive wear.

Never exceed the load capacity. Do not stand on the extensions. Use only with a forklift. The center of load must not exceed 50% of the extension.

WARNING:

Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can re serious injury.

1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with this
2. Use as intended only. Do not stand on the product.
3. This product needs to be used with a forklift truck.
4. Never exceed the load capacity of the fork extenders.
5. When picking up a load, the load center should never exceed 50% fork extension.

OPERATION AS BELOW

1. Take out the extended fork cover, place it flat on the ground, and the distance between the forklift truck and the fork according to the goods.
2. Insert the ring of the extended fork cover into the fork of the fork through it. (Figure 1, Figure 2)

1. Push the extended fork cover directly to the bottom of the fork of forklift truck. (Figure 3, Figure 4)

1. Then place the lengthened fork cover horizontally on the fork of the forklift to complete the installation (Figure 5, Figure 6)

1. After the extension fork sleeve is installed, you can use the forklif pick up the goods normally.
