SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND PRECAUTIONS
WARNING:
Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can re serious injury.
- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with this
- Use as intended only. Do not stand on the product.
- This product needs to be used with a forklift truck.
- Never exceed the load capacity of the fork extenders.
- When picking up a load, the load center should never exceed 50^ fork extension.
OPERATION AS BELOW
- Take out the extended fork cover, place it flat on the ground, and the distance between the forklift truck and the fork according to the goods.
- Insert the ring of the extended fork cover into the fork of the fork through it. (Figure 1, Figure 2)

- Push the extended fork cover directly to the bottom of the fork of forklift truck. (Figure 3, Figure 4)

- Then place the lengthened fork cover horizontally on the fork of the forklift to complete the installation (Figure 5, Figure 6)

- After the extension fork sleeve is installed, you can use the forklif pick up the goods normally.
