The symbol showing a wheelie crossed through indicates that the product requires separate refuse collection in the European Union. The applies to the product and all accessories marked v symbol. Products marked as such may not be disc with normal domestic waste, but must be taken to collection point for recycling electrical and electronic devices

SAFETY INFORMATION

1. Repair procedures, tools, and parts to service motor vehicles, and the experience of the person performing the work make it impossible to describe all ways or conditions under which motor vehicles are or may be serviced, or to provide cautionary statements regarding hazards that may result.
2. Standard and accepted safety precautions and equipment should be used. when handling toxic or flammable materials. Safety goggles, other protection, and appropriate clothing (long-sleeve shirt, trousers and safety shoes) are required.
3. Make sure your work area is well ventilated and not exposed to heat, electricity, or open flames. No smoking! Clean up spills immediately and have a Class B or C fire extinguisher readily accessible. Consult appropriate repair manuals for any required special tools.
4. Not for use in marine or aircraft applications.

INSTRUCTIONS

Installation step of High Pressure Fuel Pump

1. Detect high pressure pump O-ring, and use clean engine oil slightly wetting insert roller tappet into vacuum pump. Pay attention to align recess of roller tappet with groove on vacuum pump.
2. Rotate the crankshaft until the roller tappet is at its lowest point Insert the high pressure pump into the vacuum pump.
3. Cross tighten the fastening bolt by hand, and cross tighten the fastening bolt with the specified torque of 20N.m. Insert the fuel hose again and fix it with spring clamps Connect fuel pressure regulator
4. Use engine oil to infiltrate the ball head of the high pressure hose and install the high pressure hose Tighten the lock nut of the fuel distributor indicated by the arrow in the drawing with a wrench
5. Fasten the high pressure pipe connector with a wrench and tighten the live joint nut of the high pressure tube with another wrench.
6. Install high pressure pipe clamps and use 5N.m torque to tighten clamps (You can skip this step for models without high-pressure pipe clips).
7. Start the engine after installation to observe whether there is oil leakage on each interface.
