When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Monitor flow rate and fill level to prevent overflows and spills.
• Always empty the pump and hose after using the caddy. Lift the hose and turn the handle to the opposite direction to empty all remaining liquid back into the caddy.
• Caution when filling the caddy through the fill tube. Monitor closely to prevent overflows or spills.

ASSEMBLY

Step 1: Install the fixed wheels. Screw the wheel shafts (13) into the full tank, ensuring that the dimensions of both ends (L1 and L2) are the same. Fasten the wheel shaft with bolts (9).

Put the gasket (17) + wheel (3) + gasket (17) + nut (18) in turn and lock.

Step 2: Install the front supporting foot (7) and screw the nuts (8).

Step 3: Install the outlet pipe (5) at one end of the oil hose and lock it with a hose clamp (12).

Step 4: Wrap not less than 5 circles of raw tape (11) on the outlet, then screw the pump (6) on the outlet.

NOTE: If the position of the pump is not where you want it, increase the number of winding laps of waterproof tape.

Step 5: Lock the oil gauge (15) on the pump with the oil gauge fixing (14).

Step 6: Insert the handle (2) into the tank at the appropriate position and lock with bolts M8*40 (10) and nuts M8 (8).

Step 7: Wrap not less than 5 circles of raw tape on the hose fitting (screw it to the pump outlet); then attach the oil hose (4) to the hose fitting (16) and lock it with a hose clamp (12).

Step 8: The product is assembled and ready for use.

HOW TO USE

Before Start to Use

1. Attach ground wire and bond containers that are being pumped from and into. Ground all containers to a known ground source to dissipate static electricity before pumping liquids. Dissipate any static electricity from your body by touching a metal surface away from the product.
2. Always wear the necessary protective equipment when transporting gasoline!

! Do not transfer fuel while the vehicle or the vehicle's heater is ON (may cause a fire).

! Do not leave the pump unattended (may cause an oversupply of fuel, or any accident).

! Do not run the pump 'dry' or let the pump idle without transferring (may cause product failure).

! Make sure to use the pump on an even surface (if the tank falls during the liquid supply, the liquid will leak and may cause a fire or accident).

! Make sure the pump is tightly secured to the tank before turning on.

HOW TO USE:

Refueling operation:

1. Open the tank cap, and put the oil into the caddy through the opening. For the first time usage, please eliminate air while noticing the measuring marks.
2. Please do not add the oil beyond the capacity. When the red point reaches the capacity, do not add oil anymore.
3. After filling the tank, tighten the cap and keep the tank upright.

Pumping operation:

1. Ground the grounding wire of the fuel tank.
2. Ensure that the power supply is DC12V; Connect the red line of pump to the positive pole and the black line to the negative pole.
3. Press the switch to pump oil.

Warning:

1. The pump should run no more than 30 minutes. Do not leave the oil empty for more than 1 minute to avoid damage to the oil pump.
2. Without a Built-in Auto-Stop System, be cautious when filling the can through the fill tube, and monitor closely to prevent overflows or spills.

MAINTENANCE

1. This machine is suitable for gasoline and diesel. But it is not suited for water or other corrosive solvents.
2. For different types of oil, it is recommended to clean the tank before storing another type of oil.
3. If this product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to store it in a cool and dry environment.
