How do I connect the pump to a 12V battery?

Connect the red wire to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and the black wire to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before connecting. Use the provided alligator clips.

What should I do if the pump does not prime?

Check the suction line for leaks or blockages. Inspect the bypass valve: it should move freely. Clean the filter and ensure the vanes are not sticking. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

What is the recommended duty cycle?

The pump can run continuously for a maximum of 30 minutes at room temperature. After that, it must be stopped for 30 minutes to cool down. Do not exceed this cycle to avoid overheating.

How do I maintain the pump?

Regularly clean the filter and suction strainer. Check the wear of vanes and rotor. Replace worn parts. Ensure all electrical connections are clean and tight.

Can I use the pump to transfer water?

No, this pump is specifically designed for petroleum fuels. Using it with water or other non-recommended liquids may damage the pump and void the warranty.

How do I reverse the flow direction?

Use the double-direction switch: position 'I' for forward, 'O' for stop, and '=' for reverse. The flow direction follows the arrow on the pump in forward mode.

What should I do if the motor overheats?

Immediately stop the pump and let it cool down. Check that the suction strainer is not clogged. Ensure the suction hose is not restricted. If the problem persists, contact support.

What safety precautions should I take?

Use protective equipment (goggles, gloves). Avoid ignition sources (hot engines, cigarettes). Static ground the pump. Do not pump into an aircraft. Work in a well-ventilated area.

Usage Requirements:

This pump is designed, tested and approved for use with thin viscosity petroleum fuels such as gasoline blends(up to E15), diesel fuel blends (up to B20) and kerosene.

Please take all due precautions when handling these flammable liquids Do not use this pump for transferring any fluids other than those for which

it was designed. To do so may damage the pump components

GENERAL SAFETYINSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to:

• Know and follow applicable national state and local safety codes pertaining to installing and operating electrical equipment for use with flammable liquids
• Know and follow all safety precautions when handling petroleum fuels
• Ensure that all equipment operators have access to adequate
  instructions concerning safe operating and maintenance procedures Observe all safety precautions concerning safe handling of petroleum fuels

! DANGER

To prevent physical injury or property damage, observe precautions against fire or explosion when dispensing fuel.

Do not operate the pump in the presence of any source of ignition including running or hot engines, lighted tobacco products, gas or electric heaters, or any type of electronic device. A spark can ignite fuel vapors.

WARNING

Avoid prolonged skin contact with petroleum fuels. Use protective goggles, gloves and aprons in case of splashing or spills.

Change saturated clothing and wash skin promptly with soap and water.

WARNING

Any components such as hose, nozzle, or meter added to your pump must be statically grounded and approved for use with petroleum fuels.

WARNING

This product shall not be used for pumping fuel or other liquids into aircraft.

INSTALLATION & WIRING

1. Before electrical installation, ensure all parts are well installed, connected, grounded and well sealed.
2. Place the switch into the OFF position to prevent accidental spillage once power is engaged to the motor.
3. Pass the electrical wires to the power source and make sure the alligator clips are correctly connect to the negative (-) or positive (+) poles on the power source.
4. Open the fueling nozzle to fuel equipment.
5. When fueling is complete, return the nozzle to its storage position and turn off the Pump.

Double way switch

The switch futures double way function:

"I": pump ON and flow move by the arrow direction.

“O”: pump OFF.

“=”: pump ON and run reversely
