KS100E-1is dedicated to cutting grilled meat The KS100E-1is designed professional use in catering and must not be operated by children. Use original KS100E-1parts. The use of any other non-original parts is

dangerous and may cause serious damage to the machine.

CAUTION

Failure to follow the instructions below may result in electric shock, fi serious injury.

• All instructions must be read.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place.

WORKPLACE

• Keep your workplace clean and tidy.
• The KS100E-1 must be placed away from gas flames or other heat sources to prevent melting of the housing or cables.
• Please observe the relevant hygiene regulations of your country.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

Original power plugs and sockets can reduce the risk of electric shock
- The power plug of KS100E-1 must match the socket.
- The power plug must not be changed in any way.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacture service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and undersh the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Clear and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervisi

SAFETY OF PERSONS

The knife is very sharp.

• Always work carefully. Observe the instructions.
- Only use the knife with a correctly mounted knife protector and adjustments ring.
- Do not use the KS100E-1 with a defective knife protector or a de adjustments ring
- Do not wipe defective parts.

Do not use tools or spanners to adjust equipment components that a operation, this could result in injury.

• Before turning on the KS100E-1, remove the adjustment tool or sp
- Before making adjustments to the unit, replacing accessories, or pu away the KS100E-1, unplug the power supply from the outlet.

CUTTING

CUTTING MEAT

The meat is grilled from the outside in. The meat inside is still raw.
The cutting thickness can be set between 0.5mm and 8mm.
▶ To do this, turn the adjusting screw to the left(larger) or right (smaller).

• Check that the knife guard is properly installed.
• Ensure a secure stand
  • Always work from top to bottom
• Only cut grilled meat

- The KS100E-1 is only turned on when it is used to cut kebabs.

HYGIENE/CLEANING HYGIENEINSTRUCTIONS

General Hygiene Instructions

• Wash your hands before and after touching food.
  • Cover open wounds with a waterproof plaster.
• Avoid touching food with bare hands.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment daily. Handing Food

• Store meat at below 5C or freeze( below-18C)
• Avoid contact between raw and cooked food

Moisture can damage the electrical device of the KS100E-1.

This can lead to electric shock injuries.

Remove knife

CLEANING PROCEDURE

1. Remove the knife carefully

2. Use cleaning tools such as sponges and brushes to remove heavy dirt from knives and protective covers.

3. Spray all surfaces with a fs solvent

4. Spray on the disinfectant and it take effect for at least minutes.

5. Rinse clean KS100E-1,knives Protectors and cleaning aids

Insert the new knife, screw on fixing plate and fastening screw

Install the knife protector and locking screw.

Before sharpening. clean the knife and KS100E-1. After the share process.clean and sanitize again.
