How to pair the Soundcore Life P3i earbuds with my phone?

Open the charging case, the earbuds automatically enter pairing mode. Select Soundcore Life P3i from your device's Bluetooth list. The case indicator flashes white then turns off once connected.

How to charge the earbuds and the case?

Use a certified USB-C cable and a 5V 0.5A charger. Plug in the charging case. The earbuds charge automatically inside the case. The LED indicator shows the charging status. Allow about 2 hours for a full charge.

How to enable or disable Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

Press and hold the multifunction button on one of the earbuds for 2 seconds. You can also manage ANC via the Soundcore app.

What is the battery life?

The earbuds provide up to 9 hours of playback, and the charging case provides a total of 36 hours of battery life. This may vary depending on volume and content.

Are the earbuds water-resistant?

Yes, the earbuds have an IPX5 water resistance rating, protecting them against water jets. The charging case is not waterproof.

How to reset the earbuds if there is a problem?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave it open. Press and hold the case button for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes red 3 times quickly. This resets the earbuds.

Can I use only one earbud at a time (mono mode)?

Yes, you can use a single earbud. Place the other in the charging case; the microphone of the earbud in use will be activated during calls.

How to control music and calls?

Press once on the right earbud to increase volume, once on the left to decrease. Press twice for play/pause or to answer/end a call. Press and hold for 2 seconds to activate ANC or reject a call.

Is the Soundcore app necessary?

The Soundcore app (available on iOS and Android) allows you to customize controls, adjust the equalizer, change ANC modes, update firmware, and explore additional features.

Which ear tips are included and how to choose them?

Three pairs of silicone ear tips (S, M, L) are included. Size M is pre-installed. Choose the one that offers a good fit and optimal sound isolation.

Charging

• Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB port before charging.
• Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent any damage.

• Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.

• Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.

• Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a USB-C charging cable.

→ The LED indicator on the charging case indicates the charging status.

Wearing

1. Choose the EarTips that fit your ears best.
2. Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears and turn gently until you find the most comfortable and secure position.

Powering On/Off

• Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on.
  • To power off, place the earbuds into the charging case and close it.

• The earbuds will automatically power off after 10 minutes if no device is connected.
• To manually power on, press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

- The LED indicator on the charging case will flash white.

1. Select "Soundcore Life P3i" on your device's Bluetooth list to connect.

- When successfully connected, the LED indicator on the charging case will turn off.

- Pairing with another device: Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes white.

• Each time you power on your Soundcore earbuds, they will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device if available within the Bluetooth range.

• Mono mode: When Bluetooth connected, you can use either one of the earbuds only by placing the other one into the charging case.
• When powered on and connected, if either one of the earbuds is out of battery and powered off, you can keep using the other one.
• When you are on a call, place either one of the earbuds into the charging case, and the microphone in the other earbud will be activated.

- You might need to reset the earbuds if you experience any connectivity problems or function issues.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
