How to install the Vevor TP2A teleprompter?

Attach the lens adapter to your camera, then install the teleprompter onto the camera. Place the tablet or smartphone on the provided clamp and mount the assembly on a tripod. Make sure the VEVOR TELEPROMPTER app is open in full screen.

How to connect the Bluetooth remote control?

Turn on the remote control by holding the power button (about 2 seconds). Enable Bluetooth on your phone, open the app, and the connection will be automatic. The LED indicator shows pairing status.

What if the remote control does not connect to my Android?

Check that location permission is enabled for the app. Ensure the remote is not already connected to another device. Restart the remote and the app, then try again.

What if the remote control does not control the app?

Close other background apps. Disable Bluetooth on other nearby phones. Ensure the connection is made through the app, not through the phone's Bluetooth settings.

How to download the VEVOR TELEPROMPTER app?

On iOS, search for 'VEVOR TELEPROMPTER' in the App Store. On Android, search for it in Google Play. Download and install the app for free.

How to adjust text size and scroll speed?

In the reading interface, tap the screen to show the function menu. Use the icons to adjust font size, spacing, color, background, and scroll speed.

How to use mirror mode?

The app has a mirror icon in the function menu. Enable it to horizontally flip the image, which is useful for natural reading through the beam splitter glass.

How to mount a microphone or light on the teleprompter?

The teleprompter is equipped with two cold shoes on top. You can attach a compatible microphone or fill light.

What is the compatibility with camera lenses?

The teleprompter is compatible with lenses of diameter 49, 52, 55, 58, 62, 67, 72, and 77 mm. Use the provided foam rings to adapt the lens.

How to clean the teleprompter glass?

Use a soft dry cloth to clean the beam splitter glass. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the coating.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Tablet /Smartphone Prompting, DSLR Camera Recording Supports below 8" for tablet

Take out a suitable lens adapter to install on your camera

Install the teleprompter on the camera

Install the phone/tablet clamp

Push the "PUSH" to lock the phone/tablet clamp

Put the tablet on the tablet clamp

Install the whole set on the tripod. The two cold shoe seats on the teleprompter can mount a microphone, fill light, etc.

Turn on the camera and make sure it is full screen.

2. Tablet Prompting, Smartphone Recording

Choose a foam ring and put the phone lens adapter on it.

Make sure it is put on well.

Install it on the back of the teleprompter.

Take out the magnetic phone clamp.

Put it on the middle of the phone.

It can be sucked on the right side small iron piece to meet horizontal shooting.

It can also be sucked on the below small iron piece to meet vertical shooting.

Install the phone/tablet clamp on the teleprompter.

Push the PUSH to lock it.

Put the tablet on it.

Install the whole set on the tripod. The two cold shoe seats on the teleprompter can mount a microphone, fill light, etc.

Turn on the recording of the phone and make sure it is full screen.

APP INSTRUCTION

After installing the app and entering it,

Tap "+" to enter the Edit dialogue.

You can edit the title and content directly, or click "Open" to import text from the phone, then click Save.

Click "Whole" to manage all files.

Click "Folder Management" to create a new folder or delete a folder.

After saving, click the text to enter the play interface.

You can also tap the icon to edit the text or tap the icon to manage the

Remote Use Instruction

1. Power on: Keep pressing the power button until the light turns on (about 2 seconds).
2. Power off: Keep pressing the power button until the light turns off (about 5 seconds).

Notice: If power on without connecting anything, it will power off after 5 minutes. If connected to the phone, it will power off after 30 minutes.

3. iOS Connection

Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone first, then turn on the APP, and power the remote controller last. LED lights on, auto into pairing mode, allowing the Bluetooth pair. The APP will show automatically connected to VEVOR-xx,

the connection is successful.

What can I do if my iPhone cannot connect with the remote controller?

Please go to the Bluetooth connection of your phone, check if the remote control had been connected by iPhone;

then follow the below steps to reconnect: 1) disconnect iPhone Bluetooth, and switch off the remote controller; 2) turn on iPhone Bluetooth, open the APP and switch on the remote controller.

4. Android Connect

After power on, LED light on, auto into pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, then turn on the APP, will show the Bluetooth connected automatically.

FAQ: The remote controller cannot connect to the Android phone, how can

1. Please check Location Permission on your phone, the connection needs that permission.
2. Please check if the remote controller has been connected with your phone.
3. Please check if there is Bluetooth signal from the remote controller. (Check other apps to detect the Bluetooth)
4. Reboot the remote controller, reopen the app.

FAQ: The remote controller has been connected to my Android phone, but it is not controlling the app.

1. Please close other apps running in the background on your phone.
2. Please turn off Bluetooth on other phones at the worksite, to make sure the Android phone is the only device connected to the remote controller.
3. Please make sure that every time you connect to your phone, it is done through the settings on your phone.
