Does this mount allow tilting the TV?
Yes, the mount has tension knobs on the sides allowing tilt adjustment after installation. You must tighten the knobs once the desired position is achieved.
How to fix the mount on a concrete wall?
Drill 4 holes of 10 mm diameter to a depth of at least 75 mm, insert the wall anchors [A2] using a hammer, then screw in the lag bolts [A1] with a socket wrench. Do not use a drill for tightening.
What if my TV has a curved back or protruding cables?
Use the provided spacers (F1, F2, F3) to create extra space between the TV and the brackets, to avoid any interference. Refer to options B, C or D in the manual.
How to remove the TV from the mount?
Pull the safety straps while applying slight pressure on the front of the TV, then lift the bottom of the TV to unhook it. It is recommended to have two people for this operation.
Is this mount delivered with all necessary bolts?
Yes, the mount includes a selection of M4, M6 and M8 bolts as well as spacers. Only one bolt size fits your TV; follow the instructions to choose the correct length.
Can I use this mount outdoors?
No, this mount is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose to moisture or weather.

Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns.

-Too short will not hold the TV.

-Too long will damage the TV.

Note: Please do not over tighten the TV bolts to avoid damaging your TV.

Step 4 Secure the TV onto the Wall Plate

To Hang TV onto the Wall Plate [01]

  1. Hang the TV with Brackets [02] and [03] onto the Wall Plate [01].
  2. Gently press the bottom of the TV towards the wall until you hear the safety locks "click" into place on both sides of the mount.

HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step.

Caution: to avoid potential injury and person property damage, two people should assist in removing the TV from the mount.

  1. Verify that all cables are disconnected from the back of the TV and the TV is unplugged from wall.
  2. While gently applying pressure to the front of the TV towards the wall, pull down on the safety straps until they are full disengaged.
  3. While keeping the straps in the disengaged position, move the bottom of the TV away from the wall and lift the TV off the wall plate.

Tilt Adjustment

  1. Use tension knobs on the sides of the TV brackets to allow adjustment of the TV to desired position.
  2. After making any adjustments, always re-tighten the tension knobs to hold TV in place and avoid unwanted movement.
