Control settings

P Pulse Spins in the opposite direction at the highest speed to release ingredients, which helps to clean the machine without clogging. The pulse function helps prevent food from getting stuck in the machine. It lifts the fruits and vegetables upwards. This is suitable for ice and for when you only want to roughly blend ingredients and you require control so that you do not end up with a really fine mixture. The pulse function protects the appliance from the overloading of ingredients or hard ingredients and corrects the juice extraction process. For short pulses of blending at high speed, turn the control dial to “P”. When you release the control dial, the blender will stop and return to “0” automatically. Use about 3-5 seconds and stop it.
0 OFF Turns off the table blender
1 Low speed Blends continuously on the lowest speed.
2-4 Medium speeds Speed 2: 20% faster than speed 1Speed 3: 40% faster than speed 1Speed 4: 60% faster than speed 1
5 High speed Blends continuously at the highest speed.

WARNING!

If the motor overheats, the unit automatically stops to prevent damage to the motor. Wait about 10 minutes until the unit cools down, unplug it and plug it in again: the appliance can be used again.

  1. When your preparation is ready, turn the control dial to the "O" position and unplug from the mains socket.
  2. Remove the lid. You can now serve the preparation.

Practical tips for use

  • Cut meat or solid food into pieces before putting them in the blender.
  • If you need to mix/chop large amounts of solid food, do so in small portions.
  • Some preparations cannot be properly made in a blender:

  • Whisked egg whites

  • Whipped cream
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Minced raw meat
  • Kneaded dough
  • Fruit and vegetable juice extraction

  • Liquids or other ingredients can be added at any time without stopping the machine. Remove the measuring cap from the lid (by turning it anticlockwise). Do not exceed the maximum recommended quantities.

  • To crush ice, it is recommended not to put more than 10 ice cubes at a time. Then use the PULSE function ten times. If the result is not satisfactory, you can do a few more pulses.

GENERAL CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Immediately rinse all the parts after use for easy cleaning.
  • Wipe the motor unit with a sponge, and then thoroughly dry it with a soft cloth.
  • Stubborn stains can be removed with a damp sponge and possibly a little non-abrasive detergent (washing up liquid, for example).
  • The removable parts (lid, measuring cap, blender jug) should be washed by hand with water and washing up liquid. No removable parts can be placed in the dishwasher.
  • Be sure to clean the lid seal and the 2-crossed blades knife gasket thoroughly. When they are clean and dry, put them back on the unit properly.
  • The blender jug should not be immersed in water or any other liquid. To clean the jug, see the “Cleaning and maintenance - Cleaning the jug” section.

To quickly rinse the jug (in between preparations, for example), you can use clean water and run the appliance for a few seconds. In this case, do not use detergent.

THOROUGH CLEANING OF THE JUG

  • Use a brush to remove all traces of or food and rinse.
  • For a complete cleaning of the jug, pour 800 ml of clear water into the jug and a small amount of washing-up liquid, close the lid and then run the appliance for a few seconds in normal mode or in "PULSE" mode (refer to section "Use"). The blades will rotate to clean the bowl, and you can stop the cleaning process at any time by turning the knob to the "0" (OFF) position.
  • Rinse the jug again with clean water.
  • Then thoroughly wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Make sure the jug is completely dry before placing it back on the motor unit.

CLEANING THE LID

  • Pour some warm water into the lid and add a few drops of washing up liquid.
  • Use a brush to remove all traces of food and rinse.
  • Then thoroughly wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Make sure the lid is completely dry before placing it back on the jug.
  • You can also clean the seal. To do this, remove it, taking care not to damage it. Clean the seal with a damp sponge and possibly a little non-abrasive detergent (washing up liquid, for example). Once dry, return it to its original position.

CLEANING THE MOTOR UNIT

- Clean any stains on the motor block with a clean, slightly damp cloth and dry it completely.

STORAGE

- Wrap the power cord around the cord holder located under the motor unit and store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
