Recipes

Crêpes basic recipe (about 14 crêpes) Ingredients:

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
    • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

First mix the eggs with the almost melted butter. You can warm the butter slightly so that it becomes slightly liquid. But it shouldn't get hot, otherwise the eggs will curdle. You can also add the salt now. Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mass.

Now add milk and flour alternately and mix carefully. You can now add a splash of milk to the base and then add as much flour as you can mix in completely. Only when the flour is completely mixed should you add a little more milk so that no lumps form.
